I contracted this company to do a propane to natural gas conversion, and they seemed to be honest and reasonably priced. I waited at home four days straight before they started the job- each day they would cancel their appointment. When they finally started the work, it was a week later. It took less than a couple of hours over two days, and it was shoddy, sloppy work. They even demanded payment before the work was completed. They cut a sloppy hole through my outside vent, covered the hole with cheap plumbers tape and DID NOT BRACE the gas line in any way. I could easily shake and pull the gas line out by at least 8 inches. I took a video and sent it to the chief state inspector, and the plumbers were forced to return to redo the work. The final outcome is much better, but they had sour attitudes about fixing their mistakes. After the work was done, I smelled gas in my house and reported to them and the gas company. The plumbers were not able to identify the leak, but the gas company did. It appears they destroyed the valve controller on my water heater. There was nothing wrong with that part until they did some other work on the water heater. I informed the owner who then refused to replace the part and repair it immediately. Rather than try to resolve the matter, the owner told me to find another plumber, take it to court and then hung up the phone on me. It was so very unprofessional behavior and I would never hire them again. I give them credit for coming back to fix their mistake, but I believe they did sloppy work because I am female. They did not like that I called them out on the poor quality of their work, thus their bad behavior over the phone.
