Rooms were cleaned superficially. Some floors weren't washed, cabinet fronts weren't wiped down, splash guards around the bathroom sink wasn't wiped down, baseboards weren't done, the rugs in the office and pantry weren't vacuumed, blinds weren't done, window sills weren't dusted, and so on. Worst of all, Michael (the owner) spilled a bucket of dirty floor water onto my expensive Persian carpet and left a stain. She refused to pay for even a small part of the cost of professional cleaning. The woman who worked with Michael, Jasmine, wouldn't even pick up an empty plastic bowl which had dropped to the floor. She obviously did not like her job and did the bare minimum so it looked like she was actually cleaning. I strongly recommend you avoid this group if you want your house cleaned and value your possessions.
