Cleaned carpets in four bedrooms. Carpets were extremely dirty due to two dogs. Stanley Steemer responded on the same day we called them. Arrived on time. As always the technicians were professional and work was excellent.

The servicemen were on time, very professional and friendly. Everything came out clean and looks great. I'm not sure if the original white tile in this 1978 house has ever been professionally cleaned. The grout lines were dark and dingy. Now, the tile and grout lines are white again! I am very pleased with the amazing results, and would hire this crew again.

They do a great job. They always lift up the things and put foam pads underneath and clean under things. I think two people came out, they lifted the furniture. But I don't remember, to be honest. It took them about an hour.

I really don't want to give you a whole lot of information but I just want you to know that they did a great job. They did a very good job. It was within the last couple of weeks. The price was fair...in the middle of the road there. I would tell others that they should use them. They are very professional and do a very thorough job.

They charged $99 for three rooms. They did not do a good job last time. It seemed like they used dirty water to clean my carpets. After they left, I looked at the carpets and they were still brown. I probably should have called them back to come and redo them, but I work and that was the one afternoon I had off to get them over there to do it so I did not call them back. We would probably use them again because they are the cheapest.

Unbelievable!!! In the best possible way of course.
The two men who arrived were completely professional, courteous, polite, and their major concern was that we be completely happy with their work. They put corner protectors on every room corner where their equipment would adversely impact our walls, and a door protector as well on our front door. They constantly checked with us to make sure we were happy with carpet spot removal and any other possible issues. They explained how carpets are made, and what wear to carpet actually consists of, and in the end, I was much more knowledgeable about carpet care than I had ever thought possible. They did an amazing job on all of our carpets/rugs to the point that the carpets look almost new again after never being cleaned in the past 12 years. I have a very powerful vacuum cleaner that has helped to keep my carpets much more clean than most folks would have, and minimized wear because of that, and I thought I could get away with not having them professionally cleaned, but I was wrong. And now they look GREAT!!! And unlike the last guys from another service that came the day before, these Stanley Steemer men made sure we would be back in our own bedroom for the night, and in our own bed by wiping off the rollers on our bedframe so as to leave no dirty marks. And the carpets were basically dry when we went to bed anyway, not still wet after 24 hours like the last guys left them. Loved these professional men!!! Can not recommend them highly enough.

My dog got sick everywhere, and they saved me from a terrible situation. I have some reservations about them. They left some small spots. They kept trying to upsell me. Another $20 for this, another $20 for that. It might have been for my own benefit, but I just don't think that's right. It's not professional. They do the job.

I noticed that after a few weeks, the dirt comes back to the surface. Also, they aren't using steam! They are basically just vacuuming. I am very unhappy with their service.

We have a 10 day guarantee on all of our work and come back free of charge if your unhappy with any aspect of the job. We also see that we cleaned your house before on 8/5/13. I assure you that our equipment is among the best in the industry and do more than just vacuum the carpet. Manager called and left message on 1/7/15 and have not heard back from you."

We had used Stanley Steemer a few years ago with no problems. This time the workers came on time and cleaned the carpets in 3 bedrooms, a hallway and the living room. They set furniture legs on protective paper before leaving. A few days later we noticed a sizeable hole and area of damage in the living room wall where the men had relocated a handicap-assist power recliner too close to the wall. After calling for the owner to discuss help for repairs, we waited 2 days for a return call. He told us Stanley Steemer does not have a way to help. No liability insurance? If you use Stanley Steemer, be very watchful.

The tile and carpet was filthy and when the job was done, they were immaculately done. The tile was dirty and when it came back it was white. They did an amazing job. They do what they say and guarantee their work.

Although they were very nice, the carpet was not at all clean. Several spots still showed and the carpet just looked dingy. They came back and did it again, and this time it looked better. Although we can't prove this, our digital camera is now missing. It was on a stand next to the entrance and was gone after the second cleaning. I've used Coit several times for the same carpet, which I clean every six months. Coit always did a superb job, but they aren't available in this area.

"I called [member name removed] in response to the complaint. She stated that she was not happy with the cleaning and that she called to set up a redo to come back out and redo some areas. 11 days later we came back out and recleaned all the areas spending the same amount of time we did on the first time we were out. I asked her if there was anything else we could do for her and she stated that the carpet looked better after we came back out. I asked about the missing camera and she stated she did not have proof so she didnt call the office. When I asked then why she wrote the response of the missing camera on angies list she stated "she felt in her heart" that we did. I stated that she should make a police report and that Stanley Steemer would help out in any way. She told me that she was not going to make a report because she didnt have proof and did not want someone to do that to her. I asked if there was anything I could help her with or do to make her feel better about the job we did for her, and she stated she was happy after the second cleaning. But stated that she would not use again because she liked Coit better as a carpet cleaner."
