Initially everything seemed to go just find. I dealt with Lazaro Monclova who is the apparent owner of this seemingly back-of-a-truck roofing company. The job came with a 7-year warranty. I got Lazaro to come back once to look at doing annual tune-up maintenance on the roof (something that should be done every 1-2 years to prolong the life of a roof). He was polite and optimistic and agreed to do the tune-up. BUT . . . months went by and dozens and dozens of voice messages (to First Choice Roofing voice mail) went unreturned. I don't know if Lazaro has stopped doing roofs or what, but the 7-year warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. I eventually had to hire another roofer to complete the work I was seeking.

The two workmen appeared on time, did the repair work in a timely manner, cleaned up and left.
