 + -1 moreToby's Doors do more than garage doors. They repair and fix regular doors also. My patio French doors do not close tight, the main entrance door closes too tight, and two interior doors are not hung properly. Toby's Doors gave me a cost estimate over the phone and show up promptly the next day. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and the repair was done promptly and better than what I expected. There never tried to sell any unnecessary services or upgrades. The job was completed in about less than an hour.
Description of Work: Door adjustments, including adjusting one patio double French door, a 8' main entrance door and two interior alder wood doors.

Description of Work: We didn't end up going with this company's bid. They might do excellent work and I wouldn't know. My C rating reflects the fact that trying to get them to look at what we needed done at our house in Santa Fe took a LONG time. They didn't seem too interested in Santa Fe business. From initial phone call to Toby actually coming out to see the situation took longer than a month. To be fair, this is the case with all of the Albuquerque door services providers in our experience. If you are in Santa Fe and need a new door and want to use an Angie's List company with high marks, they are all in Albq....and you better not be in a hurry because you will get frustrated. My main complaint is that Albuquerque area providers that are part of the Angie's List network should not advertise that they service the Santa Fe area if they are not going to be coming up regularly. This is certainly the case with Toby's Garage Doors and their Albq counterparts. For what it's worth.

 + -1 moreWoke up one morning to a broken garage door spring and a door that had to be manually opened. I called Toby's doors to see when someone to come out to replace and they said right away. The technician was at my house in less than an hour, the service went smooth and the price was great. I also asked about additional services like a tune-up and wheel replacement and prices sounded fair. I haven't done that work yet but will use Toby's Garage Doors when I do.
