It went really well. I was very pleased with them. They were very prompt to get the work done. They were pleasant. They worked with the insurance company. They made sure I had a rental car comparible to the car I have. They are great to deal with. They did a beautiful job. They have given me rides a few times.

My wife and I were rear ended on the I-5 on ramp in Everett, WA two days before our move to New Mexico. After contacting our insurance company, the asked us to contact Charlie's Paint and Body in Belen, NM when we got to our destination. We did so and were scheduled to bring the car in on Monday, May 13. They told us the car should be ready the following Friday or Monday. While the car was in the shop, we were called every other day to keep us apprised of the progress and any unexpected issues that popped up. We picked the car up on Monday, May 20. Even though the insurance company picked up the tab, I thought the money Charlie's charged for the repair work was very reasonable. I fully expected the bill to be several thousand dollars.
