They came I paid them and had to leave to work (they were supposed to get here at 11am but didn't arrive till close to 12) my husband said they left with in 30 minutes of arrival I have a huge living room and bedroom so this didn't seem right when I got home the carpets did not look cleaned at all in fact it looked like the water brought out the dirt and made it look worse than before. They had said to wait till I dries and if we needed touch ups to let them know I have been calling for two weeks now with no answer or returned calls to my many voice mails. I went with this cleaning company because the owner Greg swore that he was the best with all the best equipment and certifications even though he was more expensive than the company I was originally going to go with I trusted his words.
