wow. Thank goodness for more reputable places like Big O Tires and Brake masters.  Not sure if my truck really needed a starter or not but it has one now. Also new battery. This guy talks a good big talk but he's a snake oil seller. Took my car in for tire rotation and was told that it needed new brakes. So I took it to two other places for a second opinion and both said it did not need new brakes.
The newly installed battery failed two months later on the truck and the guy did come out to replace it, but it took him over a week to get a new one into the shop for replacement. the shop does not have a telephone, either. The number here is his cell number which he was reluctant to give to me.
beware, this guy is slick and could sell ice in alaska!
