big job--almost 5500 sq ft of roof with a 6/12 pitch. installed premium arch shingles, underlayment and ice and water shield along with premium hip and ridge shingles. Had a few issues with the hip and ridge shingles but Bruce made it right. I have waited over a year to write this review as a new roof can have problems a few weeks or a few months after being installed. This roof job was completed in March of 2016 and as of May 2017--No leaks, no problems, looks great! I bought all materials at Lowes and Bruce (Affordable Roofing) was the installer used by Lowes. I had four estimates for this job and Lowes/ Affordable Roofing was the lowest bid. I am fully satisfied with the products and the service. I would highly recommend Lowes and Affordable roofing.

The flashing around my skylights needed repaired. He went onto the roof and assessed the damage. I was thrilled when he came down and said he would be able to repair the issue that day. Within an hour the skylights were repaired. We have not had any issues with leaking around our skylights since.

I located Affordable Roofing via the yellow pages.  I then called the business and talked to Bruce Crouch's wife to schedule an onsite estimate.  She was very polite and helpful.  Bruce came out the next day to review the work needed.  He was very polite and professional.
I received the estimate via email within two days.  I called with one or two questions for Bruce which he responded to within 24 hours. I then scheduled the work to be done with Bruce.
Bruce and his crew arrived at my home Monday morning and proceeded with the job.  The guys on the crew were all very friendly and polite.  I could tell that they were experienced at what they were doing.
The job was 99 % complete by Tuesday afternoon with only minor caulking and other detail work left to do.  They finished the complete job first thing Wednesday morning.
I'm very satisfied with the work done by Bruce Crouch and his company.  The House looks great!!!

Quite satisfied.

Bruce was very courteous, as was his crew. I was satisfied with what he did, and he sent his people out when he said he would. The work has been completed; I got on the roof and inspected what they had done and it looked fine to me. This job was mainly maintenance, as I hadn't had any problem with the roof, but it is 19 years old, and I thought it needed checking.

I had a leak in my roof. I waited for 2 weeks for other 2 roofing contractors to show up at my house in order to check the leak. Finally the leak was so bad that water was dripping constantly. I decided to go to Angie's List in order to look for another contractor. That is how I came to know Bruce with Affordable Roofing. My call got answered immediately and Bruce arrived to my house within 3hours. He evaluated my roof. After explaining everything to my wife, he waited for me to sneak out from work. He waited for me. He went up again and show me where he thought the problem was. He gave me an estimate immediately (Friday afternoon). By Monday he email me a detailed estimate (which look professional). I agreed to the estimate, Next morning, he and his crew were working on my roof. The leak stopped. I am still sainting for the next big weather system to come in order to fully evaluate his work. So far, we are extremely satisfied and happy with his work. I would recommend him 100%.

It went well. Like I stated in the previous block, the guys came in and immediately went to measuring after I told them what I was wanting to do.

The estimate that Bruce Crouch prepared looked very professional and seemed very accurate to the work that needed to be done. After I accepted their estimate the work started in 3 1/2 weeks. The crew was very professional and dedicated to the work they do. They were here everyday by 8:00 am and worked till 4:30 pm. The old shingles and pieces of metal roofing used as patches, air conditioners and gutters were removed. Some of the decking and fascia were replaced. Flashing for the air conditioners were installed (I purchased these separate through the company my son works for). A new under-layment installed, the pro steel panels installed and the gutters reinstalled. The area was cleaned every day with a final walk through on the last day to see if anything was missed. We were asked if we wanted the pieces of unused pro steel panels. Were happy to get these for some of the projects my Dad has doing. They also were able to salvage the metal roofing and cinder blocks that my Dad had used in patching leaks. This took 5 work days to complete. The final price was $179 more than the estimate, but the estimate didn't include installing the flashing for the air conditioners, and they replaced more of the decking than anticipated. I am more than pleased with the work done and the final price of the project. I highly recommend this company and will use them as needed in the future.

Mr. Crouch did an excellent job roofing our new shed/workshop. He stuck by his over-the-phone quote and answered all my husband's numerous questions/phone calls without a single complaint. He was also very cordial and didn't mind my husband's interference, I mean help, while he was actually roofing. He also came exactly when he said he would and was done in a couple hours. We will definitely use him in the future for any other building projects we have.

Mr. Crouch, the owner, was very professional, clear in what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and when he could make the repair.

They did a stand up job the price for what they did was by far the best and most reasonable. The quality is great and they did the job safe and in good timing.

Overall we give this company an A+ and perfect 10. We couldn't be happier and we are beyond satisfied with Affordable Roofing's workmanship and quality.

I got several estimates for this repair, and they were all over the map. Affordable Roofing lived up to their name and did the work for considerably less than the others. Normally I don't just pick the lowest bidder, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they did a great job. They were pleasant and helpful on the phone, the crew showed up right on time, they worked fast, and the results look great.

I called Affordable Roofing to get an estimate of replacing my floor that was water damaged. They do other construction also beside roofing. They were very professional in working with my insurance company as well. They came out and looked at the project, gave me an estimate, and we proceeded with work. They purchased materials and provided labor to do the project. All workers and owner was very professional in what needed to be done and they did it. I now have a very beautiful wood floor in my kitchen. Thank you very much. I would recommend them to anyone who needs construction done.
