At first a good service technician that sold me the system and installed it but when it has a problem and under warranty they lie and deceive you saying that they are going to come out and fix it and never come and they don’t answer your phone number if the recognize it they keep sending you to voicemail and they don’t call you back either very frustrating and disappointing from a company that you trusted

They showed up when they said. Very professional, helpful, nice. They finished the job in one day, and never had to go back to town to get materials. I had a swamp cooler in a back window, they even took it out for me,

AMAZING! Josh was exceptionally professional, organized and prompt. He explained to us the best cost effective way to install a whole HVAC system in our home and he gave us an amazing price. Every time we set up a meeting time it was a time that worked with OUR schedule (not theirs) and we received a courtesy call asking if it was still a good time to come over about ten minutes before they showed up- every time! It was great! When it came down to installation day they showed up on time and left after 8 straight hours of work so that they could get the job done ASAP...these guys never even took a lunch break! They laid boards and drop clothes down over everything as well to cut down on the mess and they picked up everything they brought into the house. I would not go with any other company around since experiencing the professionalism we received from Dynamic Heating and Cooling.
