 + -1 moreHe came to my home and asked what needed to be done. I told him and a few days later he emailed me a detailed estimate.
Description of Work: The individial was prompt and professional (I only received an astimate) but he was 30%-65% higher than the other liscensed contractors that provided estimates.

 + -1 moreThe quote that I got from NCI Noah Construction Inc. Company was reasonable. They were very professional. I really would have gone with them if they were cheaper. They seemed to know what they were talking about. I have a special texture on the walls that was really old. They were saying the right things about textures and about how they planed to match it. I would probably use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I got a quote from NCI Noah Construction Inc. Company about a month ago. I wanted them to patch the walls and retexture them with new paint.

Description of Work: Replaced soffet & facia on back of house and then repaired one section of aluminum siding before reattaching.

 + -1 moreIt didn't go at all. In typical El Paso fashion, they never returned after the initial consultation, or returned my call. They did show up on time for the first visit, but that was the last we heard from them.
Description of Work: Estimate for adding a roof over a balcony.

 + -1 moreI can't say enough good things about Roy and Noe Gomez. They are licensed contractors in Texas and New Mexico. They have built entire houses as well as commercial buildings. No job is too small for them to accept. They finished this project in less than a month and were very professional from start to finish. They told us exactly what they would be doing each day and what to expect. They were on time, courteous, extremely efficient, and did most of the work themselves. Also when they give you a bid, if it is not in your budget range, they will work with you to get it in your range. I would highly recommend NCI to anyone interested in quality and timely workmanship.
Description of Work: Convert former screened in porch to a sitting room: Raise concrete floor 3-4 inches. Install windows. Insulate interior and ceiling and install new sheetrock. Install a mini split HVAC system. Paint entire area. Finish outside with fiberglass netting, plaster, and paint with elastomeric paint to match rest of exterior
