He came to my home and asked what needed to be done. I told him and a few days later he emailed me a detailed estimate.

The quote that I got from NCI Noah Construction Inc. Company was reasonable.  They were very professional.  I really would have gone with them if they were cheaper.  They seemed to know what they were talking about.  I have a special texture on the walls that was really old.  They were saying the right things about textures and about how they planed to match it.  I would probably use them again in the future.

They were personable. and I really liked them. They gave me the lowest bid. The person who came was very nice and personable. He had a lot of new ideas. The person said that he would even get permits for me. They even had good reviews on Angie?s list.

Roy was very professional, explaining in detail my options, what would be done and when. He was on time, courteous and completed the job in less than a week from the initial consult to completion.

It didn't go at all. In typical El Paso fashion, they never returned after the initial consultation, or returned my call. They did show up on time for the first visit, but that was the last we heard from them.

I can't say enough good things about Roy and Noe Gomez. They are licensed contractors in Texas and New Mexico. They have built entire houses as well as commercial buildings. No job is too small for them to accept. They finished this project in less than a month and were very professional from start to finish. They told us exactly what they would be doing each day and what to expect. They were on time, courteous, extremely efficient, and did most of the work themselves. Also when they give you a bid, if it is not in your budget range, they will work with you to get it in your range. I would highly recommend NCI to anyone interested in quality and timely workmanship.
