Carpet Doctor

Mat and helpers arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They did an excellent job. My carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new.

Matt Arden and team are the most responsive excellent carpet cleaners in the El Paso area.  I have used several during the past twenty years.  His company, The Carpet Doctor, is a standard bearer for quality, service, and price in the cleaning of carpet and oriental rugs.  I highly recommend if you want the best to give the Carpet Doctor a call.  You will not be disappointed regardless of the situation or condition of the carpet.

I scheduled and appointment with The Carpet Dr to clean my carpet and area rug.  They showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and left my home neat and clean.  I am a service provider and customer service is our number one concern.  It was refreshing to have someone else bend over backwards to satisfy me for a change!   Thanks Guys!

Arrived early, used their own towels/drop clothes to keep the rest of the floor from getting wet. Owner and an experienced employee worked efficiently and quickly; have used other cheaper companies but will stick with them.

They did a nice job. The owner's name is Matt. The experience went really well. Their price was a little bit high.
