Really great experience, would and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for flooring. The Salesperson (Ambre) amd the insta;llation crew were not only knowledgeable and professional, were a pleasure to deal with. I am having my kitchen done today and need to leave the house for several hours and called customer service to see if I could pass this on to the installer so he did not come when I was away and the Customer Service person I spoke to was just as easy to work with as the rest of the team.

In the same spot they have been out here 3 times and it keeps wrinkling up in the same spot. It is brand new carpet. So I am going to have to get a new company to come out and fix it. They were punctual, on time and courteous. It don't know whether it is the product or the service that is causing the problem. It is back in a room that gets used maybe once every six months. Nobody goes back there and it never gets walked on. If it was in a room with traffic, I could understand it.

When you call the 1800 number, they send people to do the floor and they do the job. They go under Empire so I don’t know who the local people are. They use local people but don’t identify them separately. The service was great. The only question I had was, they do promotions and they had a promotion of do two rooms and get two rooms free for the actual wood and not the labor, it came up only to 10%. I actually questioned Empire on it later and all I got back from them is “Oh he should not have told you that,” but that does not make sense, 10% would not add up so that would be my only problem. The actual product I was happy with. They claim the prices are so great and I don’t think their prices are as great as they say they are. They are not the way they advertise, that’s for sure. They are very good at response, doing when they say they are going to.
