Yvonne is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. She took the time to lean the specifics of exactly what I was looking for in a property, taking time to ensure she understood my specific requirements, and she had tons of helpful suggestions that made the home shopping and buying process a joy instead of a chore. She was extremely flexible in terms of her schedule, accommodating my somewhat demanding schedule and sometimes unusual hours. She did a great job finding properties for me to look at that met the criteria I specified, and she helped me in narrowing down my choices based on her understanding of both the properties involved and my own needs and inclinations.  I looked forward to viewing each property she recommended to me, as I soon learned that she understood my tastes so well, I never had to fear that I would be wasting my time on something that was either outside of my price range or not meeting my requirements. Indeed it seemed each showing was something I would have chosen myself, if only I'd known it existed. My biggest problem was in choosing between the variety of excellent properties she found for me. Considering how "subjective" and "visceral" the home buying experience can be, I was truly impressed.

Once she located my 'dream house', she made the buying process informative and fun. She took care to explain each step of the process and every form or document involved in the transaction. She helped me to understand the market conditions and provided an excellent analysis of the properties and neighborhood I was considering. I learned a tremendous amount throughout the process, yet it never felt like "work". She negotiated an excellent price on the home I decided on and obtained a better deal then I ever expected.  I never had a doubt that she was working solely in my interests, and always felt as if I received the kind of service that she would insist upon for herself or a beloved family member.
