Leo did very well. Everything he did was as we agreed to. When I needed a little bit of help getting some things done he was more than willing to help me out.

It would take me too long to list all the positives.
Very simply, if you need your computer repaired, USE THEM !!! and TRUST THEM !!!

How did it go overall? Better than anyone has a right to expect!
With a brand new computer with the latest Operating System, I struggled (possibly more than 30 hours overall) to install my 20-year favorite e-mail client program that is no longer sold, published or supported. I am pretty experienced at researching problems and understanding computers, but this one had me stumped. Wife kept saying, and quot; Why don't you call this guy? Friends have had good experience with him.and quot; I doubted anyone would even understand the problem I was having, much less have a solution. I can tell dozens of stories about and quot;Tech Support H***and quot;, where I knew more than the technician!
Finally I surrendered and called YNCM - Lee - and he quickly followed up, and let me know his assistant, Leo, has a solution for the problem. Leo arrived a little early at our appointed time.[You don't have to shlep your computer to them; THEY COME TO YOU!]. We talked, he listened (!) and he pulled a rabbit out of his hat. He had the solution, from research he had done for another client. We applied the solution, and my 20 year old software WORKS PERFECTLY!
I can tell you, this was not a simple/easy solution (like:and quot;Have you tried turning the power on?and quot;, and quot;It just need to be plugged inand quot;)

Lee arrived right on time, was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He addressed each issue right away, and had no problems solving all problems. He inspected two desktop and three laptop computers, gave recommendations and advice, and solved important issues that needed immediate attention. He was respectful of our time and money. He took time (but not too much!) to explain things so that we could handle a few issues ourselves, make informed decisions, and participate in the process. Best of all, though we are only semi-computer literate, Lee explained things very well and was never condescending or difficult to understand. He has a great sense of humor and is extremely reasonably priced. I have already recommended him to friends, and will definitely be calling him when more extensive work is necessary. He was also kind enough to educate us about free (non-pirated) software that is available so that we can save money when possible. I would highly recommend him.

I called him; he came, fixed the computer suggested a new computer for my wife and gave us a suggestion. Later he called and told us where such a computer was on sale. He then came back and hooked up the new computer.

A key word here is "patiently." By now you have figured out that I am not an accomplished computer person. For that reason I am somewhat intimidated by computer guys who assume either that I know more than I do or assume I know nothing at all. Lee assumes neither and is very good at the "tutorial approach." He finds your "level" pretty fast, and takes it from there. Glad I found him. "Granny O."

He was very punctual, even a little early. Very personable and professional and doesn't lolly gag around. He asked what was needed, I told him and he went to work. He wasn't afraid to ask for what he needed. He communicated well with my husband and I and explained things in plain simple English and not in tech speak. He works in YOUR home and not out of an office. So you don't have to pack up the old computer and haul it to him, he comes to you. He had the new computer and all going in no time flat (far quicker than if I had done it). His prices are fantastic and I highly recommend him. He is very good with clients that have little or no understanding of how the computer works and doesn't make you feel stupid if you don't.
