I saw them in your list, so I went there to get a hearing aid as I was having trouble in hearing. They were very accommodating, they took me in and they did hearing test and gave me the hearing aid.

Dr. Cates was very pleasant; explained the audiology exam and results. Recommended I see an ear, nose and throat specialist because of a slight anomaly in one ear. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Worth Hearing.

I was amazed. Cathy provided a trial pair of hearing aids to wear. She communicated WHY she chose the particular brand and quality. I do a bit of traveling and am constantly in meetings or conference calls. The actual hearing instruments are superior and have made a significant difference to the quality of life...but that is not why I wish to recognize Worth Hearing.

Being a new patient I went through the battery of tests - Cathy was interested in seeing the previous test results to compare (which I had and provided her with on my return visit). During my trial I ran into a problem (user error) and called to work with one of her tech's. She was quick and efficient never talking down to me - but simply in the spirit of service and genuine concern the problem was resolved. Oh...and she called me back within the hour!

Worth Hearing is clearly about relationships vs. a sales pitch and loading me up with extras. I was very forthcoming about my comparative shopping exercise which was not remotely threatening to Cathy. I am confident her process would have not deviated regardless of my sidebar agenda. Her expertise in this field is exceptional and clearly stays current with technology. She is able to communicate HA differences with ease and confidence and in a language I can understand.

Her staff is reactive and friendly. I had an insurance change and wanted to ensure the front desk had my new information..when I handed my new card to her she was clearly in the middle of paperwork catch-up, but did not hesitate in redirecting her attention to me. (How do people work with the public and remain so friendly????)

Bottom line, you cannot go wrong here. I am thrilled I have an opportunity to recognize Cathy and her team.

After hearing evaluations and no-cost 1-2 week trials for each of us, my wife purchased a pair of hearing aids. The tests were thorough, they made reasonable recommendations (pricey, but certainly not the most expensive), and they provided good fitting. They continue to provide free periodic checks, cleaning, and supplies. My wife is quite pleased with the hearing improvement. I did not purchase because my hearing loss is of a nature that the hearing aids don't help much, which I confirmed with another provider.

I feel that they do a good job in selecting the hearing aids that I use and they are available when I need them. They have also opened a facility closer where I stay. I like the package they gave me and I just feel that they take good care of me. They managed to get everything covered by my insurance so it did not cost me anything. I cannot complain about the price at all.

They are very good. When I first got my hearing aids they explained everything to me and I go in about every 3 months and they will clean them out. They will do a maintenance check on them. They are very kind and professional. I really like them.

In repeat visits I have been treated curtly, with my ear piece needing to be sent in with no loaner hearing aid offered.
