+ -1 moreIt was wonderful. He came on time, as promised. He did a lovely job. I have a lot of window and some are high so he had to get on his ladder. He did a beautiful job in a very timely manner. The important thing is that he came on time, people don't do that much in New Mexico. He did a very nice job. He did the job efficiently and very well and then he left. It took about 2 hours.
Description of Work: Came out to clean windows, inside and out, in February.

+ 0 moreEric Wickwire, the Owner, and one of his assistants showed up at our home right on time, were very professional in their attitude towards us, wore jackets with the company logo, did an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside of our windows for a very reasonable fee. We would definitely use Window Cleaning Solutions again as well as recommend them to friends and family.
Description of Work: Cleaned inside and outside of the windows in our home and used a special treatment cleaner on the tinting film on the inside portion of our windows.

+ -1 moreWe were totally dissatisfied to have spent a large part of the day waiting and nothing happening. His previous performance had been only marginally o.k. with his assistant not performing well on half of the windows.
Description of Work: He didn't show up. We used the service twice before and he was not timely the second time. The firs time the windows were done well, the second time he had an associate who did part of the windows badly. The third time he didn't return my call for a week. Later, I said to him choose a date that works for you. He chose today from 12-2. After two I called him. He was unapologetic and said he was behind. He said he would come at 5. At 6:15 he rang to say he was on his way. I told him not to come back.
