I received 4 quotes from reputable roofing companies. Greg LaVoie (Whitlock Principal/Senior Estimator) spent additional time with me in explaining my options, the products to be used, warranty options, etc., and provided a thorough estimate. Greg was also willing to work with me to provide a very reasonable price. Greg's crew showed up the following week and replaced my shingled roof in ONE day! His men did an excellent, professional job! They also did a great job in cleaning up. We are very happy with our new roof!

Whitlock installed a new roof on our two-story home in January 2019. Five months later, a problem appeared with some of the nails emerging through overlying shingles. The foreman, company's owner, and Owens-Corning rep all came to inspect the roof. The company fully honored their warranty, removing the existing new roof, and installing both a new roof and ventilation vents. Mr. LaVoie, the owner, returned to personally monitor the re-installation. I am very pleased with the company's response and feel confident they will address any issues that may arise in the future.

Jon Whitney came by several times to give us an estimate and help with the insurance. He was wonderful. We signed a contact, they took the down payment, and told us they would get to the job in about four weeks. We never heard back from the company. Called them after three weeks and was told they would get the materials list and get back to us to schedule. A week later we left a message to try to get the job scheduled or return the down payment. They put a check in the mail without contacting us.
