They were unable to extract the tree since they left the stamp, They say they would be back the next day but I've waited 5 more days to wait for them. The original quote was $285 for tree removal and additional if they provide new tree to plant. When I got the invoice it $470.42 for 2 hour job. though the last guy did a great job because they took out the tree and clean up the mess. please communicate with me through email

WaterQuest was easy to work with and did such a beautiful job on our front and back patio. It is the envy of our neighbors ! Jackie Hall managed the process and Chris was a professional...fitting the pieces together into a work of art. Our back patio was done so fast with all the workers assigned to the project and working under Chris. I highly recommend this team. Not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for :)

Recently I had WaterQuest install pavers, a sprinkler/drip-line system, and new lawn on my property. I am completely happy and satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work...and the cost of the project! Jackie provided outstanding customer service from carefully detailing the work I wanted done, offering options, setting up the work schedule, staying in contact during the project, and following-up after the completion of the project...she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Jackie's crew of three were incredibly professional, prompt, polite, and conscientious of their work...couldn't of ask for a better crew! I am thrilled with the way my yard looks now and the great service I received from WaterQuest!

It went very well. We live out of state and needed our rental yard and cleaned up and the trees trimmed back. They did an outstanding job. We would definitely hired them again if needed.

Water Quest did a 35K+ landscape job for us 18 months ago. At the time I gave them a five star review. They did hardscaping as well as plant 15 trees and some shrubs. Their hardscaping work was fine and continues to remain that way. However, we have very hard, clay soil here. They had to use picks to plant many of the trees. Apparently they did not amend the soil in any way as we are now having to pay someone else to dig out around the roots of each tree, loosen up the root ball and add ORGANIC matter (Duh!). In that process it has become obvious that all of the trees were planted 5-6” DEEPER than they should have been. This was all brought to light when I hired an arborist to come help us with our struggling trees! Water Quest’s service is poor once they have completed a job. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to a friend.

These guys are amazing! Charla, who answers the phone and does the scheduling is so sweet and always works out the scheduling so the crew can come out as soon as possible. The crew gets here on time and understands what needs to be done. They are very polite. The cost is very reasonable. I left for work after they got started, came home to a beautiful yard. We have used the services of Water Quest for about a year. I now have a consistent crew that comes to my house headed by Heather Brauen. Heather is really great - she listens to my concerns about the landscape and we discuss options and select the best for the time and situation. I really appreciate Heather's knowledge and our landscape is getting much better! Which is a challenge to do in New Mexico!

I use them on a monthly basis and I like them because they're very dependable. They bill by the hour, but it doesn't take a whole hour.

The project went very well. Landscape Designer, Al Cyr, listened closely to what I needed in my backyard and was very helpful in suggesting designs and materials. Brian and his landscaping team were very effective in implementing the project. I'm very happy with the beautiful new patio and walkways. I highly recommend using WaterQuest, Inc., Landscaping for your next patio and walkway project.

It was fine. Just needed to have them come back to relay some of the bricks of the patio because they weren't level.

Charla is very thorough and handles all my questions and schedules appointments that work for me. Rex installed my new drip irrigation system and also explained and demonstrated how I can attach another emitter if I need to. The guys that come out and mow and trim the lawns are very personable. Robert (the bossman) has even been out and made some great suggestions. I've enjoyed working with everyone.

There was some trouble but I communicated with them. Within hours, they had somebody out here. The first guy did a wonderful job of fixing the leak. I also wanted him to adjust the nozzles but he couldn't get the digital controller to turn on and off manually, so he messed with the wiring. The next time I wanted to do the irrigation, it didn't work. Water Quest sent somebody out who is an expert. He couldn't believe what he found, but he got it fixed. After a week of the second guy doing his job, the owner called to find out how things went. Impressive! The pricing was average.

Two years ago WaterQuest did such a good job landscaping our front yard that I knew we'd have them back when it was time to do the back.  Jackie Hall worked and reworked the landscape design as we came up with different ideas.  Once the final decisions were made and the crew arrived, we were very pleased with the skill, hard work, and friendliness that everyone showed.  Jackie visited frequently to be sure everything was on plan and on schedule.  She invited us to help pick out the plants and boulders, which I really appreciated.  Once it was all completed, Jackie's walk through was very thorough.  An emitter needed adjustment which was taken care of right away.  We love our new backyard, and are confident that if any issue arises Jackie will respond quickly and helpfully.  We know that because that's how she was with the front yard.

After I hired the worst "landscaper" in town, who made a total mess of my front yard, I called Jackie Hall with WaterQuest landscaping services and requested that she come see if there was any way to salvage such a mess.  She came up with a great plan for the yard and rearranged 80% of the yard , added the finishing touches of plants and created a totally different design.  She was wonderful to work with and I am so extremely  happy with the results.  I can't say enough about her professionalism, knowledge of what to do to make it look so much better.  She was a joy to work with along with her crew that were fast, efficient and accomplished every detail we had discussed and agreed upon.  She was here for each step of the transformation and I did so appreciate that she was on top of the project from start to finish.    Doing my HAPPY DANCE over the finished product !!  THANKS, JACKIE HALL!

We couldn't be more positive about this company. Their responsiveness is exceptional, and everything was executed exactly as planned. Al helped walk us through the nuances of proper landscaping in Albuquerque, explaining how it differed from our past experiences on the east coast. All suggestions were sensible and the cost was within reason for the many projects. When the violent storm knocked the front aspen tree across our driveway, they were there almost immediately the next day with a team to remove the tree and fix the break it caused in our irrigation line (which was spewing water). Every call to the company results to quick and professional service. The company president even stopped by to check on a sprinkler question we had one day, on his way home from work immediately after we placed the call.
