Had a leak in the surge tank on the water heater, which turned out to be caused by corrosion that had eaten a hole in the tank. I called them about 7:15 a.m., and the problem was fixed (with a new surge tank installed) by 10:30 that morning

This is the second time I’ve used Wagner for a plumbing issue. I contacted Wagner to replace the ice maker valve. A next day appointment was scheduled and a team arrived at my home on time to complete the repair on time. Reece Ortiz and his assistant were polite and professional. The valve was replaced and the work site was left clean. The service provided by the dispatch/scheduling team as well as the plumbers was outstanding.

Mike Jaramillo the Wagners representative provided us with excellent service. Mike was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Mike.

Great job with our kitchen sink clog, leak and replacement garbage disposal.

He took 1.75 hours to take a lunch and arrived late. They also up charged me on parts by 150%. This was a motor priced elsewhere for $400 and Wagner charged over $1000 for the same part and another $100 for installation. Late, an BIG up charge, and still charged me $85 for the service charge. Sad

Wagner was terrific and their plumber Reese was fabulous. It took several times to figure out exactly what was going on with our water heater, but they were persistent and we got it gone! It was a difficult job because the leak was kind of sneaky. I appreciate the time and effort that Reese put into it And the prompt response from Wagner.

We had a simple pipe leak involving a very small (3 cm) segment of a pipe in the wall of our garage. The wall was already removed and the pipe was already exposed. A Wagner plumber came (non-emergently) and spent no more than 30 minutes to replace the pipe segment with a simple copper segment which he sautered into place, taking no more than 1 minute to do. We were pretty shocked then to see a total charge of a whopping $400!! WOW. For less than 30 minutes of work. Furthermore, when we called Customer Service the next day to understand the charge better, we were told Wagner does not have a set hourly rate, and no ability to provide an itemized invoice. When we spoke to the plumber directly, he said the company rate for repairing pipe leaks is a standard $397.00 -- regardless of how simple it would be to fix. Seems like a lot to charge for a straightforward, simple issue. Next time we have a plumbing problem, we will not be returning to Wagner and will shop around for more re

Excellent service completed by a knowledgeable technician on a holiday work week. The leak was by at the junction of the property side of the city meter. Wagner was able to quickly schedule the repair so not too much precious water was lost.

Been using Wagner for 10+ years. They do great work, heating-cooling and plumbing. These are the only services I have used, but I would recommend them for any service they provide! Great people!

Excellent plumbing service from Phillip, who first cleared my drain on Friday and then was here at 9am today to install the new garbage disposal. For so young a man, he carried himself with confidence and professionalism. Phil was very polite and I?m sure he will continue to be an asset to your company. Had semi annual maintenance performed on my HVAC system. Technician Shawn Lindley performed the service and explained in detail what was done. Wagner technicians are always professional. Great company.

Experience was very good. Anthony and James very professional and excellent people skills. They went the extra mile, so to speak, to make everything with the new tankless water heater was working correctly also made sure the water pressure was correct and stayed until the job was finished and working properly. Timeliness and quality of work was exceptional.

We initially had a professional detailed review of house vents and air flow layout (Blake), meticulously researching all products requested and AC compatibility with current furnace (AC goes under furnace), from extremely knowledgable estimator/sales. Afterwards Wagner performed a thorough and impeccable one day (HVAC), to two day (upgrade electrical panel and add transfer switch panel for portable generator, and add additional exterior outlet on garage shop) installation. They sent 3 separate crews to house in one day. Levi (electrician) upgraded the electrical panel on house (Siemens solar ready panel) for house, installing transfer switch (ProTran for portable generator), put in additional electrical 220 outlet outside shop area. Major job very professionally completed. Another crew installed Mitsubishi mini split into shop garage, and a third crew installed (Carrier) central air conditioning into house, removing the inefficient swamper cooler. Major work on our house was performed, with incredible workmanship, and almost half the price of the local competitor. You read that right. Half the price for the SAME equipment quoted by the competitor. What more can I say? Wagner Mechanical is now our go-to for plumbing, heating, electrical, and HVAC. We very highly recommend Wagner Mechanical. The competitor is obviously price gouging and empire building, as we had suspected, when we were getting our quotes. Before you commit to any other company, you may want to give Wagner Mechanical a call to give you an estimate on your job, and then decide. The crew that Wagner hires are quite knowledgable, friendly, incredibly experienced, and very efficient; they know their professions, they know how to get the Jobe done, and they work well within their teams. They do a thorough and complete job and neatly clean up. They are extremely skilled professionals at a very reasonable price. The house is so cool and quiet now (no fans!) and comfortable in the summer heat, with everything completed in a 2 day time frame. Wow!! We should've called Wagner Mechanical at the beginning of summer instead of the end of summer. Give them a thumbs up when you see them driving around in their trucks around town, they are the best. And if you need any kind of work completed, don't hesitate to call Wagner first (not the other guys).
