David was knowledgeable at fixing the problem and then educating me so I wouldn't have to call him back on the same issues.
He also helped me identify and install programs that would provide better security and that would help me keep my computer cleaned up and running efficiently. They have been in business for 17 years and find their customers through word of mouth which speaks very highly for the company.
