"Hi [Member Name Removed]. Thank you for reviewing us and trusting us with Princess's healthcare. We greatly appreciate your 5 star rating and will pass on your review to Darlene. We hope to see you and Princess again."
"After learning that we did not have your surgery forms this morning, you did not give our staff the chance to find out why. You said you had scheduled the appointment at the other “Valley Vetco” and left immediately. We are the only Valley Vetco and are not associated with any other clinic. You called our clinic and yelled at another staff member who was not aware of the situation and treated her with disrespect. Then called again and spoke to another staff member who was finally allowed to look into why we did not have you scheduled. Again, you treated our staff with disrespect and said we did not know what we were doing. According to our records, the surgery appointment for both pets was made on 1/28/21. We have been scheduling out a month to a month and a half ahead of time for surgeries and the other pets that are here for surgery made their appointments around the same time that you made your appointment. We did not make a mistake in scheduling your appointment. However, due to the ill treatment of our staff, we are no longer going to provide services to you and you are excused from the practice as a client. We hope you will find another veterinarian to better suit your needs."
"As all businesses have had to adjust to dealing with COVID-19, we have new changes to our check-in procedure. The new system has been well accepted by our clients. Many medical facilities have implemented this type of check-in procedure with their patients. We would not implement these changes if our veterinarians believed it was a concern for the health or safety of our patients. Our sign is sheet does not ask for a phone number, it asks only for the client’s name. Which is not a confidentiality issue. We have a big sign above the table where you sign in that explains how check-in works and directs client’s to return to their vehicle and listen for their name to be called after they sign in. Our staff walks up and down the entire strip mall and uses the bullhorn to call names. We cannot have people standing along the store front, as our clinic does not take up the entire building and we must respect our neighboring businesses. We cannot give an estimate on wait times because we do not know what services our patients need until they are checked in at the front desk. Some may require and office visit, which varies in the amount of time spent with the vet. We are extremely busy and being an established client that has been here before, you are aware of how busy our clinic can be and that wait times can be long. We have posted all of our changes on our website, Facebook, our phone message, and outside of our clinic. We also tell every client that calls ahead of time what to expect when they arrive. If any of our clients are not comfortable with our new check-in procedure, they are more than welcome to visit a full-service veterinarian with a set appointment time for services."

"Hello Ms. [Member Name Removed]. We thank you for reviewing our practice and are happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit to our clinic. We hope to see you and your furry babies in the future. Sincerely, The Doctors and Staff at Valley Vetco"
The last time our Doberman was barking and this Receptionist kept glaring at us, as if we were doing the barking. I could be wrong, but she seemed to take satisfaction in the discomfort of the people and pets waiting to check in! We waited more than 30 minutes to be processed to even be seen. On that last visit, when I finally saw one of the Vets, I complained to her about the long, unnessesary wait and arrogant behavior of the receptionist but got no satisfactory explanation. I now take my pets to the other Vetco where they are much more organized and friendly at getting their clients seen. It saddens me to give a fine Veterinary practice such a bad review. Perhaps it will help them want to deal with this difficult receptionist. I know sometimes the boss is too busy to notice what's happening out front.
