This man has not responded to efforts from the Attorney General's Office or the Albuquerque Better Business Office to make this situation right, but for three years the BBB will have this information in the review they give to customers.

Did a nice, neat job. I've contacted a couple of times, but can't seem to get them to set up an appointment this year. Will need to find someone else to provide this service.

He was on time, did what he said he was going to do, very professional. He also inspected the chimney for damage, etc., for no extra charge. He was careful, and he used a drop cloth on the rug. He was very personable. The cost was what he said it was going to be.
