We called him ,they came out and took measurements that was Wednesday then they came out again on Friday, they did exactly what my wife wanted. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond.

My experience with them was good.  I have no idea what was involved in getting countertops.  They came in and just took care of it.  Basically the only thing I had to do was just pick the countertop I wanted.  They came in and installed it.  Their price was good and the quality was very good.  It was a long drawn out process and 10.23 to 10.26.  They were always there when they said they’d be there.

Last fall we had 3 companies quote to have kitchen and bathroom granite  installed.  United Stoneworks was by far the best price.  Due to some unfortunate miscommunications, we had trouble with our scheduling and  install dates.  All the subcontractors (demo, templating, install,  plumbing, tiling) were very nice and professional, but the timing was off and took more visits than anticipated.  We let the company know that the process was less than desirable (not that any remodeling project ever  goes perfectly).  What was different about United Stoneworks was how the owner responded to our letter.  I have never interacted with a company  owner who cared more about her company and reputation.  She honestly wanted the feedback and even before we spoke, they had already implemented changes to their processes to avoid the problems we encountered.  You can  really tell a lot about a company by how they respond when things do not go as planned.  In spite of the additional hassles, we were so  impressed with the end result of our kitchen and bathrooms, that we contacted United Stoneworks for another project just last month.  The  process was flawless and the results are amazing. 
I liked the flexibilty of working with United Stoneworks.  They shared options for saving money like choosing slabs from the boneyard (which were perfect for our needs), allowing me to purchase my backsplash tile independently, choose what aspects of the plumbing (if any) you would like to do yourself.  They never once made me feel bad for trying to maximize my savings by doing some items myself.  Having  beautiful granite in your kitchen and bathrooms doesn't have to cost a fortune.

You have to trust  your gut when working with people and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend  United Stoneworks to anyone.

This company provided excellent service. Kellie was very sweet and did a wonderful job with the estimate. The installing crew were punctual, polite and professional. They even went above and beyond by pulling out and cleaning behind the stove. Then sweeping the kitchen floor. The counter tops looked great. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in this service.

What I liked about them is the service that we got and the time they spent with us. We went in to buy granite and unfortunately we didn't find anything that we're really impressed with. They took the time to explain everything and explained all the process on how much stronger quartz is. When they explained it, the quartz is definitely the smarter move. They have some very nice patterns. The people who came out to measure it were very knowledgeable. The team who installed it did it with precision. They were very precise about everything. They're recommended by one of the granite companies. We made sure that we knew we'd be ready at a certain time. The guy came out and did his templates. They were right on the money. Our house has nothing intricate about it.

Awesome job.  Everything went on schedule and I'm thrilled with the end results.

All the services were provided.  The job turned out good.  It wasn't great as far as coordination and stuff goes.  The installers are great, they do a good job.  The coordination meetings for layout and all of that, they didn't return my phone calls, I pretty much thought that guy had a whole bunch of stuff.  The installers were great, the guy came in and put the tops in.  They were friendly but they weren't timely. They weren't informative.  There are all these things you have to do before the install comes in and they don't tell you.  It was kind of all over the place.  I had to do all the calling, they didn't tell me each step of the process that they were being cut, we were left out of the loop.  We also bought two slabs, it's a really big kitchen and they tried to keep the remnants which is enough to do like three full bathrooms.  It was a lot.  Then they tried to charge me to have it delivered to my house instead of delivering it when they brought the countertops.  So I had to fight with them.  I didn't end up paying.  I had already paid for them.  It made me very unhappy.  And then they tried to charge me for delivery.

It's complicated. Initially, we found them through Costco for help in a kitchen remodel. We went down to their yard to look at granite for a counter. Because of some problems with a new salesperson, I called Costco and was helped thenceforward by Kurt, one of the principals in the company. He did a great job in the consultation and, after a visit to the work site, steered me to choose a quartz counter rather than granite to upgrade my mid-century modern kitchen while preserving its style. We ended up buying a sink and faucet from United Stoneworks as well, at a very reasonable price. Kurt went above and beyond in his efforts to help us. The quartz is beautiful and a good match for the metal cabinets I am having refinished and backsplash I will be installing. When the installers found that the measurements had been short, they ordered a new piece of quartz, even though my price had been based on a partial slab in their yard. There was no increased charge. | My only caveat is that somehow I was not put on the installation schedule when I purchased the stone and, once I called to check on installation dates that did not exist, we had to wait several weeks longer than expected to have the counter installed. There also was a three-month lag in billing through Costco. Despite these things (which in retrospect are quite minor), we are delighted with our new counter, sink and faucet and would happily do business with United Stoneworks again.

Ron made this part of our kitchen remodel smooth as could be and was enjoyable to do business with, plus he liked my dogs.  He explained all the options to us but didn't pressure us to pick one kind of surface over another.  The fabrication and installation is flawless.  The seams are totally disguised.  He took into consideration how our countertops were laid out so the granite's flow was coherent throughout.  This cost a little more, but it was done right and I love it

My wife and I stopped by United Stoneworks and ran into Mary, who's the co-owner.  We liked Mary's personality and agreed to meet later in the week to review granite slabs and work out a bid.  I told Mary that we had done a countertop and backsplash remodel years before in San Diego and that process had some challenges.  We were specifically looking for a contractor providing a turn key solution.  Essentially, we write a check and work gets completed.
In the meantime we visited a competitor and received a rough bid based on my own measurements and kitchen pictures.  Once we decided on which granite to use, this information was shared with the competitor. The competitor provided a specific quote for all the work I outline below via email.
We met Mary a few days later and looked at some granite slabs but didn't decide on what we wanted at that time and agreed to setup a second viewing of slabs the following week.
We met Mary again and this time decided, or my wife decided <grin> that we should go with the level 4 granite named Esprito Santos. Mary quickly worked out a bid / contract and showed us the pricing on her iPad.  Technology is a wonderful thing when used correctly as we didn't have to wait for an emailed or snail mailed bid / contract.
I happen to have a competitors bid for the same granite on my phone and showed it to Mary and she matched that  bid / contract which we happily agreed to right on the spot.
I worked closely with Mary via text and email to coordinate the demo of our existing kitchen which went well. The employees showed up on time, were professional, knew their job well and we achieved outstanding results.  Our existing Corian was left in place for the next week so we would have counters while our granite was being cut to specification.
The installers came out about a week later and installed the granite countertops and island top and it looked spectacular. The plumber hooked up the new sink and new faucet and that was perfect.   This group of employees then did the backsplash templates.
The employees then came back on the agreed upon date about 3 days later and installed backsplash and fireplace granite which all went perfect and looked awesome.
A few days later the cosmetic work was completed which included adding orange peel texture to the surrounding backsplash wall edge and fireplace surrounding. Once the texture dried they painted all of that with customer supplied paint.
Summary:  Mary was quick to respond to calls, texts and emails.  The work was done on time and and the results are awesome.  I highly recommend you have your new or used backsplash electric wall plates on hand at the time of installation. Highly recommended.

The granite was beautiful and the fabricator was very good at getting the
best possible layout as there were 2 seams.   Let me start by saying the
workmanship  was outstanding and we were very pleased with the
cleanliness and politeness of the crew.  Our only problem started when
our salesman left the company in the middle of the job and the staff
just didn't follow through in getting the job finished.  I had to make
numerous calls but no one seemed to know much about the job.  It was
very frustrating.   I never received an invoice for the 2 bathrooms (it
was priced separately) so my final price was strictly verbal, although
it was the agreed upon price.  Overall, the job was good but customer
service was somewhat lacking.

Dealing with United Stone Works was a dream compared to other vendors on my Kitchen remodel. 
Curt came to my house one day after I called and gave me an estimate. Curt was very courteous and professional and continued to keep in contact with me throughout the process.I went to their stone yard and picked my slab.  They were nice enough to give me an extra piece so I could shop for other things to go with it. 
One day after the cabinet install they were out to measure. Eight days later I had the counter and so was only without a sink for 8 days.
Some of my friends have waited 3 weeks to get their counters.
An added plus was that I bought my sink from Doc Savange Supply and they delivered it to United Stone Works free of charge so that when they came they brought and installed the sink as well.  Lowes would have charged $75 to deliver the sink to the counter top company.
The counter measured an additional 4 ft. from the estimate because I had a bigger back splash and window sill put in.  They did not charge me any extra for this.
The workman who did the install were great.
All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a granite counter top.

United Stoneworks did a great job with our granite countertops. We keep recommending them to friends and neighbors due to the quality of their granite and their professionalism.

It was a pleasure working with Curt and Mary.  They were very professional, and their prices were competitive with others around Albuquerque.  The process was smooth, easy, and done with much detail.  I even went to the lot to pick out the exact slab that I wanted.  I would highly recommend them.

Our kitchen is very simple, so the measurements and installation were very quick and well done.  On the business side, they seemed disorganized, but overall we're very happy with the results. Would recommend them to friends.

The employees arrived on time and were very gracious and professional while they made the template of our counter top.
A few days later Junior and Brandon installed our granite top!  Great job.  We did have a few glitches, they for got our faucet and our dishwasher was not connected to the counter top.  No problem after a call to Mary everything was completed.
We are very happy with the counter top and the experience working with United Stoneworks.
