Opened my pool May 2024 and could not get it clean. Decided my filter (sand) was the problem. Jose came out and gave me a price for a new cartridge filter. Three days later, despite it being any pool services busy time, my new filter was in and we were swimming in a crystal pool in a couple of days more. Great, friendly, and fast service.

Jorge and his assistant arrived on schedule, quickly evaluated everything that needed to be done this fall, and scheduled an appointment to open the pool in the spring and do any necessary maintenance. What a great experience to have efficient service without waiting for someone (who may or may not show up).

This was the first time using this company, and I was pleasantly surprised. They called before arriving. Personable. Willing to answer all questions. Offered advice on further repairs and upgrades. Walked me through everything they were doing, and did a good job of winterizing the pool. Just all around great service!
