Unique Image Painting

This is a GREAT company.  Wish I could give them an A+.  All work was done carefully, professionally, and on time.  They went above and beyond what was promised.  they cleaned up afterwards.   It's a small company (Raul, his wife, and son), and they actually care about doing a great job.  They were able to make my house look 10 years younger!  I will use them for all future painting, interior and exterior.  It's been a long time since I have been so satisfied with a service provider.  Three cheers for Unique Image Painting!

My husband and I were more than pleased with the work that Raul & Jerri did.  They are so professional, friendly, and definitely know what they're doing.   We needed minor repairs done to the outside of our house, and some interior painting also.  They really did an excellent job!  They were prompt, always cleaned up at the end of the workday, and what a help they both were in helping me decide on paint colors.  If you want a job done right, give them a call.  I know we will.

We found Unique Image Painting through our property management company. Raul Alcantar, the owner, came out to our house to do a bid and was prompt, friendly, and helpful and provided a reasonable bid when he promised he would. Prior to the job (which they performed several weeks after the bid), he emailed us to check the scheduled date. He showed up on the scheduled date, and had indicated what would be accomplished by the end of the day that day. They took 3 days to complete the job and did a wonderful job. They were very respectful of our property (e.g., plants near walls) and of our sleeping toddler. I would highly recommend Mr. Alcantar to anyone.

Unique Image was very competitive, and we felt would be the best quality based on the recommendations.  We agreed on the final pricing after discussion and clarification of the scope and proposal, and then we agreed on a schedule.  The owner Raul said he could probably do it in one week's time.  We said  OK, but our daughter was coming in from overseas on the last day of that week, and we needed to have her room finished for sure, and hopefully everything else as well.  

Raul and his wife showed up when they said the would every day, and didn't quit for lunch.  They stayed late the day before my daughter arrived and finished everything.  

The quality of the work was very good, and although Raul quoted one coat on everything, if he wasn't satisfied with the way it looked with one coat, he added a second coat at his cost.  They cleaned up every day and left the house so we could get around.  They are both very pleasant and low key folks, and we hardly knew they were in the house.

I will definitely use them again, and as I said they were recommended to us from neighbors.  Truly a classy contractor.

They started on Tuesday and finish on Thursday.  They arrived on time every day and clean up at the end of each day.  They did not like the color that was going to be painted in one bedroom and the waited for my son to come home to see if he agreed.   They and my son agreed on a new color which they used and it was perfect.   They used accent walls in most of the rooms which really set the job off very well.   My son was extremely happy with the job.

First, Unique Image was very easy and helpful to work with. They made sure we got the right colors for the look we were after. We were immediately impressed by their attention to detail and organized approach in each phase of the project. From even the little things to how they setup, to prep, prime, paint and even clean up, they were the most professional and skilled painters I have ever seen. From the start of the project, Raul showed responsibility and pride for his work that made us feel like he was painting our business like it was his own! We were on an aggressive schedule with many other contractors working to meet deadlines for our building permit and Raul was always a head of schedule and worked well with other companies and schedules to ensure we all completed on time. When we had to make changes to the schedule or the original plans, they were quick to accommodate and performed with great attitudes. We feel like they really cared about us and we gained absolute confidence in their work and as good, honest people. It was amazing to see the transformations each day and the attention to detail was amazing. The result was beyond our expectations. They followed up afterward on several occasions to make sure we we liked it. We didn't just like it, we loved it! We got more than just a great paint job, we feel like we made some great new friends! We will use Unique Imaging for all our painting work in our business and home. I would highly recommend Raul and Unique Image Painting and I trust they will serve you extremely well for your home or business!
