Worst company that installed two water heaters and did a bad job. Pipes going crisscross and not getting hotwater quickly despite having a recirculating pump. My property manager hired them. The hot water was taking 5 minutes to come to the tap, and when I complained about it, they sent someone and he just turned the heater to the hottest setting. The person said that's all he can do and said it was a courtesy call and no charges were made as he did nothing which was fair on his part. Still it was taking 5 minutes to come to the tap. I hired another plumber to redo the plumbing, replace a new recirculating pump and also install a water softener and now I get the hot water in every tap instantly. All of a sudden, I get a call from Triple L plumbing that they want to send me an invoice- Not sure what they are thinking and what they have done- basically a terrible job for which I already overpaid them. I told the lady that they did not do a good job in the first place and I had spend a lot of money to rectify the problem. She cutoff the phone saying its ok. I called her back as I wanted to give a feedback to her as a customer who spent almost $5000 and expected them to do a better job and hire better people. She passed the phone to a guy called Lewis who was probably the worst person I ever talked to and was passing racist comments. I will file a complaint on this business.

It went well. They have not finished the job but they are coming back Friday to finish it. They were very professional and skilled. I will call them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

They were prompt. They came out the day after I called and they showed up on time. They had to go out and get some parts, they came in, and replaced them, so everything went fine.

At the start of the spring cooling season the unit wasn't cooling. Based on a recommendation from a business acquaintance, I had Triple L come out. 1st diagnosis: blocked cooling fins. He did a thorough cleaning of the cooling fins, which were largely blocked by cottonwood cotton, etc. (my fault; this is my first experience with a refrigerated unit and I hadn't realized this could happen). Unit still didn't cool. 2nd diagnosis: freon loss as a result (?) of cooling fin blockage. Added freon. Unit still didn't cool. 3rd diagnosis: blockage in freon loop. Unfortunately the unit doesn't have isolation valves on the compressor, so he couldn't push all the freon into the compressor, seal it off, and do the repair. Had to drain it all out, do the repair, then replace with new. (He said reusing the old freon would be a bad idea, if there were any more of whatever debris caused the original blockage still in it.) The unit has worked fine ever since. This all took a total of 3 visits, the first 2 having had to end without solving the problem due to a lack of materials or parts. He was on time for each visit, and didn't charge me anything until the unit worked. He gave estimates of what the cost would be at the time of each diagnosis. All in all I ended up generally happy with the work. I was a little surprised at how much it can cost to repair a refrigerated A/C unit, though! (Compared to repairing a swamp cooler, though of course those don't work well for about 6 weeks of the summer.) I put N/A for the price of the repair above because I don't have any comparison data for what anyone else would have charged to do the same repair.

Well. They arrived on time. Had the right part and installed it, cleaning up after they were done.

They got distracted, didn't finish hooking up gas line. Did not come when they said they would more than once. Took advantage on copper part, wanted to charge $160 for a $30 pipe. We were long time customers with multiple units and knew them.

Bathtub was draining very slowly to the point where I did not take baths because it took so long to drain. I removed what hair balls I could at the tub drain, but I was unable to clean the drain adequately from the clean-out at the tub. The tub drain was cleaned previously in 2006. That was when I went into the crawl space myself and unfastened the pipe under the tub and cleaned it out. I didn't feel like doing that in 2010, so I called my plumber. He declined the work, saying he doesn't do drains. He recommended Triple L. Triple L rooted out the line from the rooftop vent. They explained what they were doing and were very efficient. It's four months later and the tub drain is flowing like a champ. I'll call them if I ever need a drain cleaned in the future.

They have always done good work. I don't use them now but when I did, they were reliable and they showed up on time. I don't remember how much I paid, but their price was more reasonable. The workers were fine, courteous, and everything. I would definitely recommend them. I would use them in the future.

They are reliable, timely, nice and competent. They have a senior discount and they are very very kind to my elderly mother. They know what they are doing.

I've used them for 30 years. I wouldn't have anybody else; they are just good people. They are very reasonable. My furnace is really old and they had to find a part and come back the next day. They came at 7 am the next morning to work on it. I've never found anybody that would do the work for any less than them. The grandfather used to come and do the work; now it is the kids and grandkids. It is one big happy family. I've known them all these years and I can trust them.

They were going to charge me $165 for a 10' copper pipe. I told them I'd buy that pipe myself. It cost me $30. With the gas leak they did not properly connect it. It was a minor fix as it was not screwed in. I did it myself but the fact that they left it inoperable and unscrewed was unacceptable.

Very well. There was a postponement due to rain (!), but they called to inform us and then gave us a new appointment as soon as possible. Cleanup was thorough.

Went well, showed up on time, did the work, very happy.

Two guys came to shut down the cooler and had no problems. Then Lou came by and went under the house to fix my heater that has been craping out all the time. I thought that I needed a new heater, but Lou fixed the problem and said that my heater was too new (10 years old), and if the fix did not work he would come back and get it working, and he didn't even charge me to fix the heater!

THEY ARE EXPENSIVE ON THE PRICES OF THEIR SERVICES, BUT THEY HAVE GREAT WORK THEY HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH. THEY ARE VERY HARDWORKING AND VERY SKILLED GUYS THAT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
