Trinity Pest Control

We have used Trinity for a few years and they are always top notch. Expert service, knowledge, and customer service. From ants to everything else, they know how to treat and get rid of them.

They are very easy to work with and extremely reasonable. They do a great job.

The technician arrived early and was very polite and professional. He explained to me the treatments he was doing, and what he saw as he went throughout the house and the yard. He arrived early and worked his way throughout all rooms of the house and the perimeter quickly. As it was just sprayed I can't attest to how well the preventative treatment worked, but I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the technician and the office ladies have been super polite when I called as well. The technician also didn't have a problem with waiting while I shuffled the dog from inside to outside so he could spray each area.

I have been using Trinity for a couple of years. I tried a few other companies, but Trinity leaves them in the dust. I have used them at my home and they currently treat the buildings/property at my church. They are very professional and thorough. Friendly and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable about their business. They never hesitate to provide excellent service.

I have used the services of Trinity Pest Control for several years. The owners, Cindy and Charlie Carroll, are very professional and caring people. They do not overcharge, do not force you into a contract, and are responsive when service is needed, especially if a situation is urgent. In the past I tried other companies and they fall far below the level of service the Carroll’s
provide.
Today I urgently needed service in a home that was damaged by water. The restoration company told me they would arrange for someone to come before the rebuild started. I waited and no one showed up. I called Trinity Pest Control (which I should have done in the first place). Cindy put on her uniform, left the phones, and was here within the hour. Instead of just
treating the 'problem areas' (as the restoration company said their provider would do), Cindy took care of treating the entire premises, inside and out!
This is a pest control company I recommend without reservation.

They're great. They're respectful, reliable, dependable, responsive and trustworthy. When you try to get in touch with them they're very accommodating. I like them a lot. They showed up when they said they are. They did a great job. Trinity Pest Control is a family-owned business and I believe the pest is under control now. Service rate is very reasonable.

He is a golfer like me and we talk a lot when he comes and sprays. He knows what he is doing. He looks outside. We don't have to call him back usually. When he is here, he does a good job.

He is a good Christian man and I met him when I worked with the fire department when he did pest control there. I wanted to continue using his services at my own home after I retired. I've know for about 20 plus years.

The man is very knowledgable and educated in pest control. He's also very personable and we highly recommend him.

They are very professional, friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. Also they do a good job. They assured me that I wouldn't see any bugs and I haven't. It is a small company, and the same guy comes out every time. He is very pleasant.

The worker was very professional. I thought the price was great. They charged $40 for the first visit and any time you call them to come out again it is only $30. They were very easy to get an appointment with. They were able to come the next day. I will be using them again if I have any more problems.
