Landscaping
Workers were seldom supervised. Lots of low areas where flagstones are improperly installed. Contacted owner repeatedly to fix problems. Not fixed. Owner should have supervised work to have ensured quality. Owner made many unfufilled commitments to come out when work or repairs would be done.
