Total Blinds and Window Tinting

They used to be very good at customer service and they've gone down a deep dark pit. I have a roller shade that was at one time covered under a lifetime warranty. Now, all of the sudden, it's not covered any longer. How does that happen? I guess their definition of lifetime is 1 year. They claim that certain aspects of the material are prone to deterioration, but how do they know what's happening when they didn't have the decency to investigate the matter? I tried to explain my side but they chose to ignore me. Amanda took two weeks to get back with me in the first place (after several calls and no return calls), and Jessica another week to send me an email after I questioned it (after several calls). I will report them to Costco who I purchased it through, but I have no other recourse. Oh, they are more than willing to help me...As long as I pay. Once they have your money, it's over. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

They did a really nice job. They were professional, kind and caring of my things in the house and as they worked on the windows. They were very neat and cleaned up the areas as they finished. I would hire them again.

Our sales representative was Adrian. He was very affable, professional, and knowledgeable, taking all kinds of time with us to answer all of our questions with care. He truly understood the peculiarities of our home (it is extremely elegant and we bless God every day that we are able to live in such a gift). Adrian went out of his way to insure that we did not select a window tint that would detract from that elegance. We really appreciated the scientific demonstrations he showed us about heat reduction and reflection. Thanks to Adrian, we learned a great deal and were really confident about our purchase decision as a result. He also gave us a solution for an upper window above our patio doors that we had not thought of before. We are so very happy with that perfect solution. It was quite a conundrum for us until Adrian showed us what was possible. Adrian actually saved us money by helping us make the right decisions. Then came Steve a little later to install the tints which he did to perfection. Steve was on time, professional, and customer service oriented, taking all kinds of time to answer our questions. Steve was so very discreet that we could get an enormous amount of work done while he was installing the tints. We hardly noticed he was there, that's how stealth he was—utterly non-intrusive and quite the gentleman as well, totally committed to making us happy and comfortable as he went about his business. Total Blinds and Tint did absolutely everything right from beginning to end with these first-class, very special gentlemen. We wish all companies were as wonderful as Total Blinds and Tint. They did such a great job that we decided we would like them to do the rest of our windows!

Fantastically! Adrian was professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. He came out several times to make sure we made the correct decision for our home. Scheduling the measurements and installation went seamlessly. When there was a minor issue, it was addressed immediately! In all, this experience was awesome! I would highly recommend Total Blinds to anyone!!!!
