Worked with Tom on the design of my new home. He is a very knowledgeable and competent designer and at the end of a number of revisions he provided me with a complete set of prints ready for city approval. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work performed and the thoroughness of the prints which the city of Rio Rancho approved with no issues. To expedite the work I would recommend having a preset idea of what you would like to have in the end as the possibilities can be endless and it would delay your results. Price wise his price was very reasonable compared to other craftsman I had interviewed. I would use Tom again on future projects.

We needed help laying out the floorplan for a materbathroom / master closet remodel.  We also wanted a detailed set of plans to review with potential contractors.  We are very pleased with the design and the plans made it easy to compare different contractors.   Tom visited our house, took measurements, and listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish.  Then he worked with us to "tweek" the initial design.  He is helpful, creative, and responsive.  I think it a good idea before starting a remodel of a kitchen or a bathroom to have a set of detailed plans - floorplan, electric, etc.  whether doing the work yourself or hiring a contractor.   Tom would be an excellent and cost effective resource.
