The work turned out to be good and they are always very reliable. The person took interest in what was wrong with the house. We have used them before. I like that they take interest in the work and they keep us informed. They give us feedback. They are reliable and are reasonably priced.

Todd looked at the outdoor faucet assembly and changed the seal, tightened everything, reattached the swamp cooler turnoff, and climbed up on the roof to make sure the cooler worked properly and wasn't leaking or overflowing. He was amazingly thorough. He then proceeded to change out the electrical outlet to the new grounded one (took him about 5 minutes). Then, instead of installing a whole new window crank, he simply removed the old handle and put on the new one, saving a lot of time and energy. For all this he only billed for a "service call." Todd is polite and friendly and knows how to fix everything. He said he works with property managers and home owners to maintain homes.
