A little over 2 years ago I had an engine rebuild. Since then my truck has been back 4 different times. They didn’t replace injectors, oil pressure sensor, or oil pump as part of the rebuild. This last time I took it in for an oil leak because I thought the rear seal was leaking. TKS told me it was the oil drain plug and did nothing about it, not part of a 6500 dollar rebuild. I replaced it myself. Still leaking ! I took it to a different shop and their diagnosis is the rear main seal is leaking. Unfortunately my warranty is over now. Take your vehicle anywhere but here !

My experience was very positive with TKS Automotive and the vehicle was repair promptly and professionally and is working efficently to date.

Tom at TKS asked me to explain to him what was going on with my vehicle because I knew it best. The temperature and oil pressure readings had changed slightly on the high side. Our conversations were thorough and complete.



When a part begins to fail the subtle differences can still be within normal ranges. TKS replaced the thermostat, serpentine belt and oil pressure sending unit.



I hadn't even mentioned that the battery gauge identified that it was always charging. Replacing the serpentine belt with small cracks corrected that issue.



I was completely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work before I left the shop.



When I drove my Dodge home all the gauges were back in their baseline positions. I will refer all my acquaintances to TKS because I know they will be treated with respect and the work and parts will be quality!

I brought it in thinking I needed a brake job, and they told me not yet....
What kind of auto service that is THAT honest not to take your money.
I love these guys!
