Role Overview: The Luxury Woodworking and Event Design Rentals Specialist will be responsible for designing, crafting, and managing high-end woodwork pieces and event rentals. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and exceptional client service skills to ensure every project meets our luxury standards and exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Design & Craftsmanship: Create custom woodwork pieces, including furniture, decor, and structural elements, tailored to client specifications and event themes. Event Design & Planning: Collaborate with clients and event planners to design and execute luxury event setups, including layout, décor, and thematic elements. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of design, production, and delivery of woodwork and event rental items, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Client Engagement: Provide personalized consultations, offer design advice, and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and design consistency, conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly. Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for the transportation, setup, and teardown of event pieces and rentals. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of woodworking materials and rental items, ensuring availability and optimal condition. Qualifications: Proven experience in woodworking, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end projects.
