They did not properly clean the front windshield prior to installing the tint and the ring from my GPS is permanently sealed under the tint.

Great! They were really nice guys.  They were tidy: they brought their own drop cloth and thoroughly cleaned up after they were done .  They also arrived at least 5 minutes early to my house.  I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them!

Great experience. We set up an appointment and the person arrived on time, did some measurements and determine just by looking at it the matching color for the two windows. Shortly after I received an estimate. Once I agreed, we scheduled a time for installation. Again they were prompt in coming to tint the windows. The tint looks uniform as if all windows in the room were done at the same time. Tinting the other window allows us to enjoy the room in the evening as the sunlight is not as strong and the temperature in the room remains more comfortable

I've used these guys exclusively for the past 6 years to tint the windows on all my vehicles, and they do perfect work every time. I've had 7 or 8 cars/trucks tinted by them in that time, and I'll never go anywhere else to get my windows tinted.
They are the only company in Albuquerque who offers 3M tint, which is the best you can get. Sure they won't offer to tint your windows for $79 like some other fly-by-night companies, but your windows will also NEVER turn purple with 3M tint. These guys are worth every penny in my opinion. Even for someone who changes cars like he changes socks, like me. Still worth the extra money spent.
I'm actually going to have them come out and tint the windows in my garage also to try and keep the heat out a bit. Can't say enough good things about The Tint and Trim Factory.

An Infiniti we bought new in 2001 came with tinted windows using 3M film applied by The Tint and Trim Factory. It was very well done and necessary in our intense New Mexico sunlight. The car was not garaged much and after about ten years the rear window tint began to bubble. The car was in great mechanical shape, but needed new paint and window tinting. They honored the lifetime warranty and were able to strip out the old film (with great difficulty) and installed new 3M film. With the new paint and tint, the car looks like new! Most tint jobs in this town fail in a few years, but their original work lasted a decade and they were very gracious in honoring their warranty with no cost to me and NO damage to the defroster grid (not easy to avoid). They did another car for me too, and they are the only company I would use for this kind of work.

We dropped off our car in the morning, they spoke with us about options and showed us some examples. we agreed on what was to be done and left the car. I called at about 2:30 to see how things were going and I was told car was done. we picked up the car, everything looks great.
