The girls showed up and I did not get a 30 minute warning call. They also start the clock as soon as they pull into the driveway, instead of when they start cleaning. The girl vacuuming moved slowly, and did a lousy job in the bedrooms floors. I have dogs and could still see the dog hair in different areas. The team leader even said "Pick it up bc I need help with the kitchen." Two girls cleaned the smaller bathroom together instead of one knocking out the other one, and they chatted the whole time. It took one girl 45 minutes to clean my microwave and stove top. Im sorry, but that is just ridiculous. They did not clean all of the outer cabinets of the kitchen, in fact they missed the entire lower levels. They left some dark black dirt or something on the rug in my living room. I didn't ask them to come back and clean it up bc I was afraid they would charge me more time so I just vacuumed it up myself.
The head leader came to me at 45 minutes after starting the job informing me that it will take closer to two hours to get the jobs done. After almost two hours later they finished and she said it was 350 something dollars!?!?!? I said that was NOT what was quoted to me on the phone, and she was dead convinced one hour and 40 minutes equalled a total 140 minutes... I said to her one hour was sixty minutes, not 100.... I had to get a phone call from their manager to get it straightened out... It almost sounded like the girl claimed to have arrived earlier than they did... It just felt fishy in my opinion, and not honest at all!
Overall, I just feel like spending $240 was a huge mistake! I still regret the amount for the service I received. I do not plan on requesting their services, nor would I recommend them... Im still pretty regretful, but they got paid.
"Thank you, [member name removed] for hiring us to clean your home. I know you booked on the same day and we were able to accommodate you with some schedule changes. The team did not get your information in time, because of the timing of the call, in order to give you a 30 min lead time call. I am sorry you were not happy with your clean, however, there was no call to communicate this before the team left so that we could rectify or attempt to make the situation better, unfortunately, when the job was booked we indicated that an hour may not be enough time and that we would not be able to guarantee the job because not enough time was being given for the size of the home. When we talked to you on the phone we did indicate our prices of $144/hr for deep cleans and that more time might be needed based on the condition of the home when we actually got onsite. My Team lead, Monique asked what you wanted us to do when we were near the 1 hour time cap and we were no where near being done and you chose to keep us on for another hour. Again, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations, we would have gladly come back out to re-clean the areas we were allowed to clean. Please let us know if you would like us to do that."
I have never had a problem with theft. I give them my key and never worry about when they show up. I work 8-5, and it's clean when I get home. The bed has been stripped and the clean sheets I lay out have been put on the beds. Old linens are in the laundry room. It's great.
I am not happy with the current office help. After 30 years in the work place, I have a saying "S/he too will pass" that got me through several lousy bosses. And you know, they do move on. I counting on that happening here. There have been many good, customer-focused office managers in the past.

expensive, but the main reason I chose to change companies was that they
were not able to give me a regular time that they would come--only a
firm date. This meant that I would have to keep my entire day free
until the day before (when they would let me know the time) and that was
not something I could do with my work schedule. Otherwise, they did a
good job, but not exceptional given the cost.
