They were wonderful! They even went above and beyond and cleaned up my fallen leaves. Would highly recommend them and will work with them again.

First, they charged me for an estimate which, according to their website, was supposed to be free. Second, workmen broke a pipe which flooded area and which entailed much additional work for which I was charged. Third, they replaced my top soil (which they removed during excavation for valves) with fill dirt. When I complained because it was previously a flower bed, they responded by bringing 1 inch of compost to put on top. Owner did respond to my complaints by refunding my estimate charge, but overall I was not satisfied with their service and have gone elsewhere for additional irrigation needs. From the date of the initial estimate until the final invoice, it took a month.

Technician arrived on time; thoroughly inspected system; explained any issues with system and replaced damaged sprinkler heads. Overall a satisfying experience and will have them back as necessary.

The owner came out and I showed him where we saw the water leaking through the block wall. He told me it would be a routine service call. His guy came out on Friday and within 15 minutes he had found and repaired the leak. He then gave me some tips on different drip heads so I could get varying amount of water on different plants. Very helpful.

They gave me an estimate that I found acceptable. They came when they said they would and completed the work in one day. A couple of months later after I started using the new system regularly, I noticed a leak and a couple of other small issues they needed to fix. I made an appointment and they came. No questions, no problems in doing so. All fixed now to my satisfaction.

Eric (technician) diligently attempted to troubleshoot the problem. As part of the troubleshooting, he replaced parts in one of the sprinkler valves; however, the problem persisted. He also checked the back flow valves and ice was found in one of the valves. Consequently, the present thought is that there is ice in the water lines preventing sufficient water pressure. Since cold temperatures will continue through winter preventing ice thaw, it was recommended to wait until extended warmer temperatures return in late February/March to see if the water pressure problem resolves before performing any additional troubleshooting or potential unnecessary parts replacement. Appreciated the expertise and upfront nature of technician.

Very well. He asked at the end if there was anything else, gave me good advice on how to keep the yard up, and was very knowledgeable. Came back couple weeks later to winterize lawn. I will keep using him for regular upkeep again starting in spring.

Workmanship generally very good.  I was living out of town and Lawn Rangers was maintaining the lawn and landscape in my absence.  It was always a pleasure to return to town to find everything in such good shape.  Our only downside was that for a period of time the watering system failed and an entire portion of the lawn died and I had not been notified in time to take corrective action.  I am sure that this would not have been an issue had I been living in the house.

Excellent results

They arrived close to the scheduled time, but always call to confirm.  The sprinklers were repaired and replace and now they work again.  We have used Lawn Rangers for sprinkler system repair on several occasions in the past year and they always know what they are doing and get the system up and running again as quickly as possible.

I contacted Marcel, the owner of Lawn Rangers through Angie's List after making some other inquiries.  He called me back promptly and made an appointment to come over later that day, to which he arrived on time.  Marcel is very professional and explained the services that Lawn Rangers supplies and gave me an approximate monthly bid, which I accepted.  This was on a Thursday evening and I had a proposed contract on Monday.  The contract had an area explaining the various services, so I got to choose exactly what I wanted done.  I signed and returned the contract and work began the following Tuesday.  On Tuesday, the team leader rang the bell to let me know they were there and what they were going to do that day.  Ulysses was very friendly and the team did a great job.  I know that on Tuesday mornings between eleven and one, that they will be here making my yard look beautiful!
