I was told that they would dig 12-18 deep, for the pipping, they dug 8?. I was told the job would be completed within 3 days, it took 5 days. I was told that there would be 100% coverage, but there were many dry spots. I ended up having another contractor come in to do a proper installation. It?s a shame because Eric is such a nice guy. Oh well, live and learn.

Knowledgeable, they did a great job finding and repairing a line that ruptured on a drip irrigation system.

I hired them last fall to install a drip irrigation system. They only trenched it 3 to 7 inches deep. I have made many calls trying to get some follow up help this spring and have been waiting over a month. Still have not been able to speak with the owner. I would not recommend this company. This is really disappointing because I really liked the owner and I did not expect to have these types of problems. I donâ t like to write bad reviews but given that I spent over $2000 with them and I canâ t get any follow up service, I feel people considering using them need to know this.

Eric and his partner are fantastic. They were efficient with coming out, assessing, providing a clear and fair quote with an invoice to replace the valves and tubing on an old sprinkler system. They came when they said they would and did the job exactly to specifications. We're so pleased with the work done and grateful we found them.

Antonio was always on time, listened to my concerns and addressed them completely. He clearly understood how to make sprinkler and drip systems work most effectively to meet my needs. His rate was reasonable, and the quality of his team's work is excellent. He and his men were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

What a disaster. I have had to bring another company to sove and fix the problem I asked for a refund and was denied $300 dollars.

They were on time and professional. I enjoyed their can do attitude! I would recommend them.

It was very painful experience. The person working on the irrigation system must have been a trainee because he kept putting things together and taking them apart again, over and over, and then taking things apart that had been fine. Starting on day three and continuing though day six, he'd say 'this will absolutely be done tomorrow. He didn't come when he said he would and one day he didn't show up at all. He expressed surprise that part of the project was galvanized when he'd been here six days and had looked at that multiple times. He took one of my irrigation boxes from the back, which I now have to replace, and used it in the front and said it was provided by them. And then he didn't even use the good lid. That's minor, but something else I need to replace that just disappeared. Then there's the mish-mash he was putting together for my front drip system. I told him over and over that one of the valves had been abandoned and he never heard me. Plus he put it all together, I thought he was about done, most was not glued. And one of the brass fittings was missing (he was going to bring it over but I'd had enough). I finally gave up and told them not to come back. The owner was a nice guy, but, if he's going to use trainees, maybe he shouldn't charge by the hour. This job could have been done four times over. As it is, I have to hire someone else to fix/finish the project after paying a significant amount of money to this company. Also, he gave me one hourly rate when I hired him, he repeated it during the course of the job and then charged me more. My fault for not getting it in writing.

Joe the plumber was on time, professional and worked efficiently, all for a very fair price. I would absolutely hire him again!

Get the cost of the job from the owner before the repair work starts. Ask for your Senior and Veteran discounts and make sure you get them. Write down start and finish times and write down the time that the technician is off your property shopping for parts.
