We've been using The Cleaning Authority for about 8 months now, and I'm kicking myself for not calling them sooner. They do a great job, and are always very thorough. The few times I've interacted with the cleaning staff, they've been polite and friendly. Their office customer service is also good for the few times I've had to cancel or reschedule cleanings. Not having to spend hours each weekend cleaning my house (and doing an inferior job, to boot) is such a nice change. I always look forward to coming home from work every other Monday to a fresh, clean house that doesn't smell like a million chemicals. All of their work is done w/ enviro-friendly and non-toxic cleaners (vinegar, baking soda, etc.), and it makes a huge difference. I know that they're doing a great job while not causing harm to our pets or to the environment. Definitely happy with their work!

On time but extremely careless. Vacuumed so roughly that they regularly broke wood baseboards and legs of furniture. Cleaners would toss their latex gloves in bushes and out of car on to street. Scrubbed wood cabinets so hard that finish came off. Could never explain to them what to do or not to do because nobody spoke English.

I had hoped to use a local business but that didn't work out. The owner of the ABQ office of The Cleaning Authority came out to talk with us about the services. Even though I must call the national number, the local people are very responsive. The ladies that come to clean are punctual, fast, thorough and pleasant.

With their rotational system they cleaned areas that other cleaning companies often miss such as baseboards tops of door frames and kitchen cabinets. I recommend them.

Excellent service all around. Super thorough system and inspection from supervisor looked for everything - dust on moldings, and so forth. Made shower window new again and removed mold inside. On time every time so far. And priced reasonably.

The first couple to times the three ladies came they were really good. But that didn't last long. I asked for a different crew and again those three ladies did the same rushed through my house leaving things half or not cleaned. And I didn't understand The cleaning authority's price increase. Less work for more money No thanks and I didn't like that they were speaking Spanish and I couldn't understand them.that made me a little nerves. Thank God we found someone who's willing to come every other Sunday.

The cleaning women only used a watered down wash rag to clean my home; not using any chemicals or soap products like I had asked them to do. When I asked one of the women why she would not use the solutions I wanted, she replied that I would not know the difference anyway.

The three women that come are very efficient, trustworthy, and they start working the minute they come in the door so they don't waste any of my time. They don't take breaks, don't talk on the phone and they get the work done very efficiently!

They have broken some of our valuables. When they first started they would tell us and replace the pieces to the best of their ability. Now, they don't tell us at all and just take the broken pieces with them.

The do a pretty good job overall - they are responsive if there's an issue, and arrive on time. They are fast, too! I have no experience with other cleaning firms, but am fairly satisfied with the Cleaning Authority overall.

They are pretty good overall. Sometimes they've got their issues every now and then, but overall they are good. What I don't like is that they keep breaking things. Sometimes they are in a hurry and they've broken a few things in the last few months. Generally if there is a problem and if I call, they will come and make it right (one of the supervisors would come out and take care of stuffs) They've been cleaning my house for six years though. I know them pretty well.

I've tried other cleaning services, and this is one of the better ones. During one of my cleanings, they damaged something in my house. I wasn't too happy about it, but they reimbursed me for the damage without complaining. I've had no other problems with this service, and overall, I'm happy.
