I cannot recommend this company - and the owner - Jensen - highly enough. He is extraordinary in his commitment to customer service, as well as doing a good job. Because of some water spots, he cleaned the curtains more not than once, and used some process to rid them of chemical fumes, entirely. He kept me informed by phone and explained everything. The curtains look as if they are new, instead of almost 50 years old! But is is he pleasant, remarkable service that really puts him, and his business, over the top: He hauled in my heavy ladder from the garage, determined that the plastic tabs were too brittle to hold the curtains' weight, and said he would research where to get new ones. Then, he will return to hang the curtains. He too the ladder back to the garage, and we ended with smiling elbow bumps. He even called to say he had located new tabs, and will call when they arrive. A veteran, with a working RN wife, he is a brilliant example of the best we can be. Plus, he quoted me a price below my expectations, since I am elderly.Run, don't walk, to The Cleaners on Lomas!
