The service was good, he was honest, solved the problem and he gave advise on when would be the best time to get another pest control service, and he doesn't require a contract for a service. He uses environmentally friendly products.

The visit went very well. The bug guy was on time, he was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything he would be doing inside and out as well as provided some good tips. He was very pet friendly and expressed concern and explained how the spray used inside is pet friendly. I recommend the bug guy and will definitely hire again. Thank you!

The gophers were numerous and it took two treatments, but it was successful.

It was perfect. He called back right away and was able to fit me into his schedule. He was very nice and professional. He finished in less than an hour.

Mr. Rasmussen is wonderful to work with- punctual, efficient, responsive, and friendly.  He listens to my concerns and has resolved every issue immediately.  I will continue to work with him and to refer my friends to him.

He sprayed the inside and outside of our house after remodeling. I had found some "flying ants" and needed to get rid of them. He told me to catch some and put them in a plastic bags. I did. He looked at them and suggested I have another company come and check to see if I had termites. He knows his stuff. I did and quickly followed up on his suggestion. We had termites. Luckily, the problem was taken care of due to his knowledge. He did an excellent job in spraying for bugs. He said to call him if any others problems occurred. They did not. He did not require a monthly contract. He was greatly appreciated.

Gary is great. He is fast, punctual, and professional, and his organic pesticide really works well. We have him out to our house twice a year, and he keeps our house free of roaches and spiders.

The Bug Guy arrived promptly (and just a day after I initially called him), and asked for specific pest problems. He sprayed both inside and outside of my house, and my property perimeter. He also used ant bait in several problem locations for my house in particular (no other company has done this for me). Very friendly and answered all of my questions throughout the process. Similar to another reviewer experience, he was super friendly with my dog. I highly recommend Gary.

I was very impressed with The Bug Guy and his son. Both gentlemen were very professional. They were so friendly with my dogs and I really appreciated that! They were on time and did a thorough job of spraying my house. I will be using them from now on. I highly recommend the Bug Guy!

He is punctual and knowledgeable. He is responsive, as well. I like him.

So far he is very good and I would rate him high on overall. He is very prompt. He comes in and takes care of it very quickly. He comes back if I have any questions or anything or if I feel like there are some issues. I pay $85 quarterly. I wouldn't call anybody else because I had used three or four guys but I like him.

He sprayed recently and I have a bunch of dead cockroaches out on the patio. I also think we are getting rid of the ants that are bothering us. He does a good job and uses organic spray. I have used him three or four times and he always has responded promptly to our call and has always been here within a couple of days to do the job. He does a good job. His price hasn't changed during the whole time we have used him. I will hire him again and probably will be using him again in the fall.

The first inspector I booked was a no-show, and I was able to book Gary on short notice. He was on time (I was late) and he had already started the inspection when I arrived. He was thorough, yet he finished the inspection quickly. He was personable and professional. He pointed out places where my exterior trim had dry rotted and needed to be repaired, even though the damage wasn't related to termites. He gave me advice on how to protect myself from termites and offered a free bug spray along with the inspection.

I called him at 8 AM on Friday after an invasion of ants the night before. He arranged his schedule to come that afternoon, right at the time he said he would be there. He sprayed all around the outside, finding several ant colonies, and inside. The product he used didn't smell bad, and didn't make me cough (like other company's products did). I haven't seen any ants since. He didn't require a contract, suggested I call him back in November, unless I see more ants.He was very pleasant and professional, seemed to know what he was talking about. Gave me instructions on keeping the repellent active for as long as possible.

We recommended them to one of our daughters. They were very good. They were thorough, friendly and he came right away when we called him. We also told him when we should call him back and told us that we must call him twice a year and we did.

Good experience. Gary uses environmentally conscious pest treatments so I don't have to worry about my pets. He is sensitive to our needs and schedule. The ants were gone within a week.
