Everything was fabulous! They drove from Albuquerque to Santa Fe which is 60 miles. They came when they said they would, moved my furniture around, and everything went well, especially for a big project!

I inherited an 8x11 oriental rug of great sentimental value; probably not worth that much but my mother loved it and so do I. It needed a routine cleaning, my mom had it cleaned it every 2-3 years but Dad hadn't gotten it done the last few years of his life. Textival picked up the rug, cleaned it, and then apparently misplaced it. We had to call them several weeks later. At first they couldn't find it at all (stop my heart!) but then they located it and they delivered it within a day or so. The rug looks great and we are happy with the cleaning job.

Great! They repaired the edges of two rugs, one from the 1890's and another from the 1920's and you can tell where they repaired them. They cleaned the rugs and removed all of the stains. Wonderful job.
