They have always been polite, and the repair guys have always done a great job of hunting down and fixing leaks and preventing further issues. They are usually very busy, but they've always been able to squeeze us in within a few days when we have a leak. It's true that if you have a non-urgent request like scheduled maintenance you may have to wait a few weeks, especially during rainy season when they get innundated with service requests. We've always felt this was a fair tradeoff. Latest leak occurred this past fall. The leak was fixed and hasn't come back. We've been satisfied with their service for 14 years.

They were professional and prompt.

After he came and patched the roof we got three new leaks in the roof. It seems he was scamming me into buying more services from him.

They're always on time. They make sure the customer gets what he asks for. I've used him for about 10 years. I'm sold on the TPO roofing. My church uses it and all the leaking has stopped.

Poor job. Got tar in garage. Repeated leaking. Poor respose. Invalidated and quot;warrantyand quot; due to and quot;lack of maintenanceand quot; which was another service they were marketing.

Great experience

They were recommended to me by my real estate agent. They were very punctual. They came, worked and got the job done. They showed up when they were supposed to. We did run out of some weather delays that weren't under their control as the snow had melted so the project got delayed than what we thought it would.

Their services were pretty good. We might use them again but we would get quotes from others first. The work was fine but they were not the easiest to get ahold of. We had a hard time trying to get ahold of them and get a time set to do a repair. Their price was a little high. They were mostly on time.

Territorial Roofing said there were a few defective shingles and that they woulod not honor the warranty because those few shingles would cause them to rip up a lot of the roof. In the warranty it says they will not hnor the warranty due to mother nature and they claim it is because of the wind that the shingles blew upwards. In our opinion, the shingles blew upward because they were defective. They now are no longer an authorized installer for the company that the shingles came from.

It went very well. They were prompt and cleaned up well every day.

The roof that they installed leaked worse than the first roof. Water flowed in torrential and ruined large portions of my ceiling. They came out afterwards and said that it was fixed, but when it rained again the same thing happened. I would not recommend them to anyone.

After discovering hail damage to roofs, company estimated the work and finished within a week. Cleaned up after themselves, leaving the property as they found it.

They did a very good job. They showed up on time and were very professional. They did clean up the area very well. I think they were excellent. They could not have done a better job. They were also very fast and the price was great. I called several companies and a lot of them had a $500.00 minimum fee and this company did not.

He did a great job. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and was finished in about 2 hours. I thought that the price was excellent. It was very cheap! This guy seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I will for sure use him again in the future. He did take all of the old shingles with him and cleaned up nicely.

They were excellent in every aspect. The staff in the office were very congenial and helpful. The owner and his son answered all my questions in a very professional and educational manner. Since this is the first time I have replaced a roof, I had many questions, many of which were very basic. Everyone arrived on the day and time scheduled, for the estimating and for the actual work. The work was done on schedule. They did not damage anything on the house or in the yard and left virtually no debris of any kind behind. The work cost exactly the amount of the estimate I was given. They even took off a drip edge so I could have new rain gutters installed later. I was extremely pleased with everything about the company and would definitely use them again.

I WAS AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY THEY GOT THE JOB DONE AND HOW THEY CAME BACK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THEY MADE SURE TO PICK UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE.

THEY HAVE VERY REASONABLE PRICES FOR THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. THEY HAD GREAT PEOPLE SKILLS. THEY MADE SURE THAT I KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND IF THEY COULD FIX THE PROBLEM WHILE THEY WERE THERE.

I WAS DISPLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. MY ROOF STILL LEAKS. I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO COME AND FIX IT AGAIN BUT THEY REFUSED. WE ARE NOW IN A LEGAL BATTLE WITH THEM.

THEIR ARE EXTREMELY RELIABLE. I HAVE USED THEM ON ALL OF MY RENTAL PROPERTIES AND AM SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS ABLE TO MEET THE DEADLINES THEY SET.
