Steve did an excellent job designing our backyard.  He was receptive to our ideas and incorporated them along with suggesting additional plants that complemented the ones we already knew we wanted.  The installation went well too.  The guys were respectful to both us and our property.  They arrived on time and each day left the area clean and neat.  We are now enjoying our beautiful backyard. When we decide to add plants to the yard, we will certainly use this company again.

The work crew was respectful and considerate of our existing landscaping and home, applying protective covers for sliding doors and stucco.  The work area was cleaned up each night after the workers were done.  The workers were punctual everyday.  Railroad ties were removed.  Concrete patio was removed.  Leveling and prep for new patio was very professional. The retaining wall was measured and leveled at every step, using high quality products for both projects.  
I have already recommended this company to several people and will certainly use them again.  Their price was competitive and the work performed was above average.  Everything agreed on in our contract was comp0leted.  After the project was complete Steve came to  our home and went over our invoice and warranty for work.

They offered great advice on what plants to use in my type of climate, showing me examples in the neighborhood. They were also very open to my ideas and were flexible with my changes. All of their staff were easy to work with and very friendly. When I changed my mind or didn't like something after it was done (because it wasn't what I thought it would be) they came back and redid it to meet my expectations. I will continue to use them as I continue to add to my landscape.

We have an established relationship with this company. So all I do is make a phone call, leave a message, and I get a prompt response with an estimated date that the crew that regularly works on our property is free. This crew of 4 knows our property as they did our initial installation, which was quite complex. So Tom, the owner, sends them every time. As the date nears, I get another phone call with the exact date they will arrive. I usually try to be available at some point during that day to answer any questions that might arise. I also do a walk through with Tom to discuss any plants that I am concerned about, and any changes I want to make. The crew arrives by 8, sometimes earlier, and is there all day - leaving around 5. They returned for part of the next day to complete the job. The property was beautiful and all detritus was removed. They are very professional and do not expect or ask to come into the house for any reason. They are personable and trustworthy.

They're response was good. They're work was adequate, but the pricing was outrageous.

We have worked with Territorial Landscape for over 4 years. We are a property management company servicing Rio Rancho and NW Albuquerque. They have landscaped most of our backyards. Their bids have always been in line with other companies. Work is always done professionally and timely. They will come out and fix sprinklers, replace dead plants, etc. If the item or work is still under warranty, they take care of it without hassle. They are an excellent company and a pleasure doing business with!

I have been very happy with them. They are extremely professional. They did an amazing clean up job. They pay incredible attention to detail. I think that they would use a toothbrush for the clean up if they needed too. I have had no complaints with Territorial Landscape Co. at all.

THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE OUT OF A FEW ESTIMATES I GOT. THEY GAVE US A FEW OPTIONS TO WORK WITH THAT WOULD SAVE MONEY AND WATER. THEY INSTALLED IT WITHOUT A LOT OF DISRUPTION TO OUR YARD.

THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM A FRIEND. I AM GLAD I HIRED THEM BECAUSE THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE HELPFUL PEOPLE. YOU COULD TELL THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY POLITE AND KIND.
