I received a call the very next morning after I posted this review. David called to apologize and asked for the chance to make it up to me. I received a call later that day from Aaron. I explained my project, and he offered me a discounted price, which is why I will not be posting what I paid. Pros: Aaron is very professional and responds quickly. My appointment was for 9am, and he rang the doorbell at 9 on the dot. The finished work is perfect. He charged me the price he said he would. Cons: Aaron chose not to come to the house to do an estimate, so we discussed everything on the phone. Even though I stated that the heater & exhaust fan had to be on its own dedicated circuit, it was not done that way. It took another 3 hours to correct. I think this could have been prevented if an in-person estimate had been completed.
