Everything was fabulous. Tom Schmidt designed the space better than we could have ever imagined it. His ideas were so much better than what we had. We had trouble with one sub-contractor who had sub-sub-contracted without consulting Tom, but Tom took care of all of that. We did not have to deal with the issue, although it did extend the timeline of the project because the sub-sub-contractor work was a disaster. We appreciated that he resolved everything. We trust him, and we have had him do other smaller jobs for us. We did not get any other estimates, and we trust him implicitly. We were very happy with him and would not hesitate to use him again.
