Description of Work: I signed up to do a computer cleaning through living social, and when I called this week to redeem it, I just got a very blunt and unhelpful man on the phone telling me to call Living Social. He said they were not taking any more appointments, that they regretted doing the deal with Living Social, and that I'd have to take it up with them. I can think of many better ways to speak to a potential customer, and to someone who wasted money trying to use their service. Luckily after lots of wait time on the phone, Living Social did give me a refund - but in the end, I would never consider working with a company that could speak to me this way and take their frustration out on me. Not a good way to run a business or be in the world at all.
