TechsRx Computer Services currently consists of a number of professional technicians including Director of Computer Services, Director of Media and Security, General Technical Manager, Store Manager, Administrative Assistant, Professional Technicians and 6 to 10 local subcontractors with specialized technical disciplines that all share a common goal. Onsite Business Technical Service is $115 an hour with a one hour minimum and a $25 trip charge per incident for the greater Albuquerque metro area. Subsequent hours are billed in 15 minute increments. In store services are packaged not to exceed a general predetermined cap as to never charge more to fix a computer than it would cost to replace it. For example a computer diagnostic is $45 dollars and a virus removal is $149 but the diagnostic would go into the price of the repair.
