I'm so glad I tried these guys for repair of my Brother printer. They're quick, reasonably priced and honest. And they communicate well. They gave me great advice on which parts are replaceable on my particular printer, if it ever needs future work.

I wrote a review on this issue about 2 days ago. Since then I received a phone call from the owner and an apology that the maintenance did not help the noise or the paper feed. The owner offered to return the maintenance fee. Kudos to the Owner. Thank you.

ABSOLUTELY TERIFFIC. I got a well reconditioned Dell SFF 7010 computer for a really high value price - but the service was what really set these guys apart. They went well above and beyond working with me to make sure I was a truly satisfied customer - went far beyond my high expectations. If you have a computer o service need, call or go and see these guys.

I did not have the product key with me for my Office Home & Student 2016 suite, so the technician was not able to move that application. So far, all other programs and files seem to be in place except that my bookmarks, the product of years of searches, are missing. This, even though I asked when picking up the newly loaded laptop whether they had been moved. The technician affirmed that they had been. I discovered that they were missing the day after I picked up my laptop. By the time I called back to ask for the old hard drive (the following business day), it had been disposed of. I have not discovered any further issues with the files and program transfer but will certainly update this review if I do.

Tech discussed the options, prices, and potential problems with repairing a 7 year old laptop. We agreed on what to do, he made sure I understood that there may be more damage when they open it up. They found an additional problem but just took care of it under the flat rate shop service charge!!! It was ready on time for price we agreed on!

After calling for an appointment, I took my iMac to their shop. I explained the problems I was having, and they said they could rectify those problems. I took it in on a Thursday, and, of course, wanted it back the next day. The tech I talked to was able to politely advise me that it would be ready on the next Tuesday, due to those computers needing repair that came in before me.
I returned on that Tuesday, was told of all the actions they had completed, which included cleaning all the dust accumulation, replacing the hard drive and transferring all my data, and installing some protective software. It all came to around $160, which I thought very reasonable.

We were able to take the computer in for service the same day we called, it was ready for pick-up the next day as promised.

It went really well. The copier was 7 years old with multiple problems. They fixed it quickly and did it right the first time with no hassle. The cost was a real bargain compared to getting a new one. They did miss one small repair but when I took it back they fixed right in front of me at no charge. They are professional, competent, and friendly.

I had a CPU that had a broken USB port and wasn't functioning with another monitor. Bottom line it was really too old to repair, as the capacitors were blown, among other. Instead of an entire new unit (not exactly in my budget at this time), Daniel recommended a refurbished HP CPU that they had in the shop that had Windows 7 on it. He had come out to the house last Thur, ran diagnostics among other things, opened up the CPU to find the problems, too; then he returned on Monday. I like the house-call services they provide--fast, expedient, and professional. He was referred to me by a friend, and I learn he is the go-to repair company for many of my neighbors.

My Dell XPS stopped working and, based on the reviews from Angie's List I tried Tech505.  You guys came through for me! I have now found a great, reliable, affordable computer and printer repair place!  
I took my laptop over there on a Thursday afternoon and was told I could expect an estimate sometime Monday.  Friday morning I had a call from them and they said it was the motherboard and it would cost $305 plus installation.  
While looking around their shop when I dropped off my Dell laptop, I noticed a used Toshiba laptop I liked. I asked if they could put the stuff from my hard drive on that one or if they could put my hard drive into that one.  They said they could could copy my hard drive for no charge but could not install my hard drive into the Toshiba due to drivers and such.  I said that would be perfect.  My new, used, Toshiba cost me, with tax, $295 and some odd change.  And it was ready for me on Saturday -- even though I wasn't able to pick it up until Monday.
While I looked around at some of their computers and printers in the store for sale, I saw a Dell printer like I used to have that Sandia Computers last year said would cost me, at least, $400 to repair.  They had this one all fixed and ready to go for $45!  If I would have known about this place I'd still have my old printer and could have used all my old toner instead of buying a new printer and getting new toner!
If I need anything computer related repaired, I know where I am going from now on!

Years ago, I made the switch from the big computer service providers affiliated with chain and big-box stores to Tech505, and it was one of my best decisions ever. I depend on my computers, and the service provided by Daniel and his staff has been consistently superior. Their work is done quickly (FAR quicker than at the big-box services), on schedule (or better!), and their costs are surprisingly reasonable. In contrast with other services, the staff at Tech505 is willing and able to provide their customers with the benefit of their advice regarding hardware and software choices.
After suffering the consequences of the failure of one of the big brand-name virus protection packages, I took Daniel's advice regarding a new package, and have been satisfied ever since.
When I had a pending flight, Daniel was able to accommodate my schedule and get my notebook fixed and all my files loaded in time for my trip.
In contrast with so many places, the staff at Tech505 really listens to their customers, and they provide practical advice and reasonable recommendations. Not everyone wants (or needs, or can afford) the hottest new technology, and Tech505 is a tremendous resource to figure out a reasonable technology solution. I am thinking about a new notebook PC, and I'll be headed to Tech505 to solicit their advice.
I am grateful that Tech505 is in town, and feel lucky to have found them. I heartily recommend their services without reservation.

When I dropped the computer off they told me exactly how much it would cost and they would call me in a day or so when it was fixed. About 3 hours later they called to tell me it was fixed and ready to pick up. Computer was all cleaned up and running smoothly.

Wonderful printer repair! Dan and his staff did a great job fixing my document feeder for my inkjet printer. Dan was able to fix my printer using the existing parts. I recommend him to anyone needing printer or inkjet repairs. Thanks Dan.
