Team Works Construction

Description of Work: Hector Gonzalez was referred to me by a painter for stucco services. I hired him and his company, Team Works Construction to stucco my 1200 sq. ft. home using Stowe, as well as patch an area that was bubbling severely, and paint the trim and drains. He gave me a reasonable price, worked with me on a customized color, then hired a couple of guys to do the job. The following spring it was bubbling in several areas, including the area that was supposed to be patched. After expending some effort to find his new telephone number, I called Mr. Gonzalez and set an appointment to inspect the damages. Needless to say he was not happy to hear from me and even gave me an estimate of over $1000 to repair it. I reminded him of the written guarantee he had provided, and he asked for a copy which I said I would provide. We subsequently scheduled a second visit at which time provided the warranty and had another contractor attend who told Mr. Gonzalez that his guarantee should cover all expenses. The repair was done without any additional expense, and again he hired two new guys to perform.
