Tony and his crew are amazing. Excellent customer service and first class workmanship, installing new doors and hardware. I used Tony for 2 separate remodels in Santa Fe NM. Absolutely efficient and timely coordination with the door supplier in Albuquerque NM (Pat's Doors and shout out to Yvette too for all her help with special orders and fulfillment). Outstanding installation. So happy with the results. Kudos to Jesus for driving up to Santa Fe. Good people.

We needed a new front door and T. Sainz came the next day and measured, was the best price in town, had exactly what we wanted, said it would take 3 weeks and had it installed within 10 days, complete with hardware we provided. His worker was an excellent craftsman and did an amazing job in no time. I would hire this company for any construction needs. Fabulous company. So hard to find good, competent, honest, fair pricing people these days. Sooo happy with the job!

Tony installed a temporary front door at my house while he took the fiberglass door to his shop to stain. He did a really fine job. He is polite, responsive, professional and competent. I would definately hire T Sainz Construction again.

They did a great job. Tony is easy to contact. He and his team are punctual, friendly and helpful. I plan to hire T Sainz Construction again to continue changing out the doors in my home.

The entire installation took less than 1/2 hr.  Tony very professional and does excellent work.

I purchased the doors from Pat's Doors (separate cost)  and they recommended Tony Sainz for installation.  Two exterior doors on my second floor were replaced.  They had to carry all materials upstairs. I initially wanted fiberglass doors because of the rough weather conditions on the east side of the house.  Tony recommended saving $80 by making the furnace closet door metal.  It was painted to match the house.  He did charge me $400 to stain and paint the doors and frames which seemed high, but I wanted a no-hassle install and got it!  Tony was 15 minutes early and ready to go.  He had a second person, Scott, work with him.  Even with phonecalls, Tony took his time and checked and rechecked to make sure the doors were set square.  Finish work was also thorough - insulation replaced and all holes filled with colored wood filler.  One lockset broke (from age) so he replaced it.  I had no idea there was so much to this.  They cleaned up everything when the job was done.  Will definitely use again for other doors.

Excellent. Tony was responsive, did what he said he would,provided a fair estimate and discussed options. During install, he kept the area clean and if not for the new doors - would not know he had been here. Overall pleasant experience, listened to what I wanted and 1/4 of the price of a large competitor.

Tony dealt with issues caused by a previous poorly done door installation, he came with a small crew and they worked quickly and professionally, and cleaned up before they left. Tony had to return a few days later since the company from whom we purchased the door ordered the wrong screens - not Tony's problem but he didn't charge to come back. I would definitely hire Tony again, and would talk to him about other carpentry jobs I might have in the future.

We bought two exterior grade pre-hung doors from Pat's doors and they
gave us the contact info for this installer who works with them
regularly. Tony was punctual for the estimate. He explained that it
cost more for the install b/c of the security iron on the doors that had
to be removed before the new doors could be installed. We hired him.
He showed up on time, worked very efficiently and neatly. It took him about
five hours to complete the job and I think he earned every penny. He did a great
job - the doors are level, and open and close easily. The only
concern I had was that the frames arrived unprimed. One of the doors
was for a weather exposed situation. When I voiced my concern about
reinstalling the security door on top of the unpainted brick molding,
Tony suggested that I could prime it while he worked on my other door.
This worked fine. We are very happy with the quality of his
installation. I just wish he would've used expanding foam insulation to
close the gaps between the house framing and the door frame. Instead
he pushed bits of fiberglass insulation into the voids and the caulked.
